I started to play there two weeks ago and luckily cashed out some winnings and they did pay me fast. Then I played again this week but only to find the withdrawal is disabled this time. There is no options under "withdraw" but everything(neteller etc) is available under deposit. The customer service told me I can only cash out once a week.

Any one played there? Is it a normal procedure?

I don't know about this casino either way.
They also seem to be running their own affiliate program so there aren't any sister casinos with which to compare.
What I can tell you is that there are several groups out there that have a standard policy of A) one withdrawal every week, and B) monetary limit on each withdrawal, so having such a policy is not unusual or necessarily alarming per se.
(Although it IS irritating. I have an affiliate player that's scored a 50.000$ win from a 400$ deposit in the last 5 weeks. From what I can see it's taken about 3 weeks for the payments to start and since then he's managed to withdraw about 11.000. In that time he's lost 15.000 of his winnings.
So be FIRM. Wait till you get your money, Don't put it back in.
Unless you really want to or something... :D )

Thanks for the input. I start to worry now because there is no customer service from vegas frontier at this moment. Live-chat told me they are not working for frontier anymore. 800 number is also dead. No email reply. I will wait a little bit more before filing a complaint.

Your problem might be who to complain to.
I looked around the casino site a bit. Not heartening.
Their 'about us' page was basically "we're serious and experienced so you should trust us" and we're owned by 'Futura properties'.
I googled 'futura properties' and got a San Diego realty office.
After that, the first hit that included a casino was the casino's own listing.
There are casinos out there -they tell me- that are fuzzy about all this and still are pretty good.
They aren't affiliated with any watchdogs nor is there any indication of a licensing jurisdiction.
On that point,
the FAQ on their site reads
"6.Is Vegas Frontier Casino licensed?

Yes, we use license from Real Time Gaming software and operate with complete compliance of all laws pertaining to online gambling. "

I'm not insinuating anything but, what does this all mean?
Is RTG giving licenses out? Do they mean that their software is licensed?
It seems.. ambiguous. My first reading of this phrase gave me the impression that somehow RTG grants gambling licenses.
Also,
What laws pertaining to online gambling?

I attempted to contact live help but there was no response as "site operators are all busy". As I live in Greece, and I'm doing all this in the morning here, this could be down to time difference in the Western Hemisphere (assuming they are located there).

At any rate, I've mailed them and am waiting to see if they respond.
So far no luck.

My advice is to wait a few days and if you get no reply to post your progress. Maybe there are legitimate reasons.
A positive note is the fact that you've made withdrawals from them in the past.
I would also consider contacting RTG with regard to the wording in their FAQ.
They might be interested.

On a personal note,
Had I come across this casino myself, I would not have palyed there, for aesthetic reasons if for no other.

Good Luck

I can understand your frustration, so perhaps a few comments on RTG "licensing" may help.

The boilerplate copy on most RTG-powered casinos usually includes the phrase "Legally licensed and fully insured" which is clearly designed to reassure the player.

Almost all of these so-called licenses (as Casinomeister has noted on a number of previous occasions) are merely Costa Rican business permits and are not worth the paper they are printed on in terms of real, enforced licensing, player protection and complaints structures etc.

The "fully insured" bit has also been repeatedly raised with operators and RTG itself and is usually met with some artful dodging, although a couple years back one of their PR people did try to explain it away as an individual and operator-dependent responsibility that was not part of their service.

The bottom line is that Costa Rican "licensing" is a joke when it comes to online casinos.

Fortunately, RTG have in more recent times set up Montana, so at least there is a rudimentary dispute resolution process where none existed before for RTG players...unless they knew about sites like this.
