In my head
Hi, I have been playing at Vanguard for some time. Last Monday I actually managed a small cashout and request payment via quicktender. This was noon on Monday. It is now Friday and no money in my account so I contact live chat which for the most part is a waste of time with most Rival casinos. Of course this assessment was proved to be correct.

It is now Friday and no payment to my Quicktender account so I contact live support and what a joke that was. I was told it takes betwen 2 to 5 business days to get paid and by golly Vanguard is sticking by this. Customer will be paid on the 5th day and not a moment too soon. To me this is unacceptable since Sloto pays within two days and other non accredited Rivals have paid me within 3 days.

Am I being silly to expect payment a little faster than this? According to the response I got from cs it takes 2-5 business days not including weekends and by golly don't expect payment until the 5th business day cause if you do you are out of luck. I have now excerised my right and uninstalled this casino and will never play again in the future.
As a side note Rival live support is really bad. One would be better off banging their heads on a brick wall because at least that burns 150 calories an hour! Why does it take so long to pay out to Quicktender and does the casino not even care that a loyal depositing customer is so unhappy that their patronage is lost?

5 days is just too slow. Perhaps when they are down to their last 50 customers they might begin to realise that making people wait nearly a week is a poor show. One thing is for certain, unless they radically improve their cashout times, they will be out of business, as I can't see many customers tolerating this for long.

The casino could process these withdrawals quicker, they just choose not to. Players could also choose to get paid faster, by uninstalling the casino and going elsewhere, such as Osulle has done here.

But these 5 business days are always normal for alle rival casinos, so i only play on Slotocash and Box24 Casino, because they both make withdrawals within 24 hours!

I agree 100%. I'm going through the same thing with Vegas Regal. Submitted Tuesday and still waiting. I can live with 5 days just tell me that up front. Don't process some after 48 hours and some on Sundays and then only process them at the 120th hour of a business day. Consistency is what I am looking for.

My new policy is to NOT play at a casino I have a withdrawal pending at. And I agree the Live support can be frustrating but their call volume has to be ridiculous. Maybe the individual casinos should consider taking better care of the customers they wish to keep. I've contacted two Rival Reps here (Vegas Regal and Tradition) and it took two IM's to get Nick to reply and I have yet to hear back from the rep from Tradition and I never heard back from two emails I sent to support.

I'm pretty much finished with RTG, MG sucks for US, so I turned back to RIVAL and I get this. That only leaves 3Dice and my luck is spent there. Maybe I should just take the 6 hour drive Biloxi. :D I would get instant cashouts, free room and meals, free booze, and the people there treat me like they want to keep me as a customer.

PD

Vegas Regal withdrawals can take anywhere from 1-5 business days. I have encountered them all. I think their processors only handles withdrawals on certain days. Surely not good enough but my withdrawals are usually very small so I dont really mind as I know they definitely pay.

See, I can't live with five days, so I don't deposit at Vanguard (or some of the Top Game casinos that can take routinely two weeks or more), as I have had the same issue. Can't do it, sorry. Two days tops, or no thanks.

Ironic that I play at Slotpower, their sister casino, and have no problems getting paid.

I do agree with you if there was consistency, that would be an improvement. If you know precisely when you are going to get paid, then that makes it easier to deal with.

I'm a relatively new player at Vanguard. After 4 or 5 deposits -- spaced out over a few months -- all using my ewallet, I finally had a decent session and made a withdrawal Jan 11. I didn't remember whether I had sent ID docs or not (I had a hard drive fail and lost saved emails late last year, so I had no way to check). So I waited. And waited. Jan. 16 I emailed them asking what was up. No reply. Finally, Jan 18 -- I received an email stating they needed docs. Sent docs same evening. Received my withdrawal into my ewallet Jan 20.

A week delay in merely requesting necessary docs is inexcusable. Such long waits smack of intentional foot dragging and make (me!) the player nervous. Because if they're intentionally delaying payouts, we have to ask why? If they are NOT intentionally dragging out the process, they still have a problem and it's not a hassle that I, as a player (with options to play elsewhere) want or need to contend with.

Its osme crazy thing with Rivals. I had one particular Rival, the withdrawal was reversible for 5 days, until the documents were requetsed. They then wait a couple days. Once accepted another 5 days to make the first withdrawal.

I dont mind the wait, but why cant they just pay out fast?

5 days to get a w/d via an ewallet is totally unacceptable. Especially if it wasn't your first w/d. Especially when you consider the fact that they're talking about business days and not calendar days.

This cashout time frame may well be normal for Rivals. But it is far from the norm in terms of the online gaming world in the year 2010.

Getting paid in 5 days is harking back to the days of the decade before last, ie the 1990's. But thats Rival all over, 21st century slots and
20th century cashouts!

This 2-5 days they quote means we will try and process within 2 days but it could be 5 days. This practice really has no place in the high tech, fast paced, modern gaming world we now live in.

You never really hear a genuine explanation as to why it takes so long. If they told you the real reason, you the player just might not like what you hear.

Exactly, and then they throw in the "Business day" clause. Banks are open on Saturdays, your casino operates and takes payments on Saturdays and Sundays so in my book all days are business days.

RIVAL, STOP PUSSYFOOTING AROUND AND START PAYING YOUR CUSTOMERS IN A TIMELY FASHION.

Better yet, just follow SLOTO's lead. What a bunch of bunk.

That may be the norm but I have not experienced such to date. Most Rival pay to my ewallet within 3 days tops. If I get paid tommorrow that will be a total of 7 days from cashout to payment to an ewallet which in my view is unacceptable. Especially from an accredited casino. I wouldn't mind so much if the cashout was large but it isn't. The delay leads me to believe that my VIP status is less than zero and my patronage is not appreciated.

I agree. I have contacted the rep who has been most helpful athough I have not recieved payment yet so I think they are going to stick to the last second possible to pay me. BTW this is not my first cashout with Vanguard it is my second and the first time was much quicker than that. What I want to know is does Rival really want repeat customers? I have deposited with this casino far more than I have withdrawn so I am really perplexed by this treatment. IMHO Sloto is the best Rival out there, nothing like this has ever happened with them and I have had several cashouts with them.

From now on Slotocash and Ruby Royal will be the only Rivals that get my hard earned cash. For me its not about the money so much but its about my value as a customer. Treat me fair and I will return again and again but treat me badly and you will not see me anymore. There is no reason on gods green earth that a cashout to an ewallet should take 7 days. The delay just tells me I ought to take my business elsewhere.

I received half of my withdrawal this evening as somewhat expected from Vegas Regal. Requested Tuesday at 11:55 PM credited half the following Monday around 4:30 PM. Not great in my book and I guess I will have to ask support where the other half is. I'm not playing at Vegas Regal until something changes.

That is terrible...I may have to retract my .....I will wait and see what my current withdrawal time will be. If it's longer than 48 hours they go on the list:rolleyes:

I like Vegas Regal, and the rep here is terrific, but my first choice is Sloto and Box24 - those two pay most promptly in my experience.

There are others here who claim that some of the other casinos pay just as promptly, but I have tried most of them and can not concur; seems like with the rest, two or three business days need to transpire before you get your money, and frankly, if it weren't for other reasons (for example, the loyalty reward programs or unique slots, like Jenny Nevada on Slotpower), they would be the only two Rivals I play at. There really is just no reason why, IMO, they can't all pay out as promptly as you pay in, esp. after you have verified your identity.

I was paid today exactly 7.5 days after I requested the cashout. I am glad that others on the forum agree with my assessment that this long to wait on a cashout if the identity of the player has been verified is very stupid. I feel somewhat vindicated. I did contact the rep here at casinomeister so I really have no idea if I would still be waiting or not. He was very helpful and even gave me a free chip and told me that this cashout should not have taken so long. Free chip went in about 60 seconds so the slots there are back to being tighter than ever. Guess I should have count myself lucky I won anything at all.
I am thinking if Rival based casinos don't do something quick to retain its players then the casinos are going to be in serious trouble.
Who wants to pay at a casino that will either bonus ban your or give you bonuses with ridiculously high WR? Then if you manage to win, they make you wait what seems like an eternity paid. I sure as heck dont want to. Anyway rant over.

Too long. But at least the rep indicates that even they recognize it took too long.

Maybe we should start payout threads here, like they have on 2+2, indicating how long payouts take, any problems with getting paid, etc.

This Casino has never been quick at doing anything as far as I know. They even took a while to mail me back but the Rep was sick with the flu. I had a terrible habit of posting before I contacted the rep. NOTHING gets done any faster by posting without going to the Rep first. If the Rep is not in here or not mailing you back then post. But whatever the situation you have is,if you contact the Rep they usually take care of it quickly. Even cashins.
