Untamed Series (MG) Variance?

As per the title: what is the variance like on these games?

I get the impression that they're utterly mental variance-wise, although that may just be because I've barely played them and never really won much. What's the general consensus?

I'd say pretty mental. Untamed Wolf Pack and Giant Panda are much higher than Untamed Bengal Tiger IMO. These slots have wiped out my balance on many occasions. The possible returns from free spins for both Untamed Panda and Wolf Pack can be huge (especially Wolfpack). So for variance I'd say Wolf Pack the most mental, next would be Giant Panda and last would be Bengal Tigers. Although all three are really high variance IMO

If I had to chose I go with Wolf Pack first, Panda second and rarely if ever Bengal Tiger.

I have found panda and wolf to be extremely high variance as more than 300000 spins each on 5 diff casinos and 2 wins of 100x and thats it

If i was u i'd only play the new eagle one as bonus generally pays around 50x - 80x which is way better than panda as on spin palace around 100000 spins and 20 odd bonus rounds i have only one win of 70 quid from a bonus round and best of 20 quid in base game

Wolf bonus round is a bit like playboy reel one but u only get 10 spins and 99.9% u wont get good wilds

Well I didn't play them much to get a clear view on their variance but I did hit a nearly 3000x stake win on untamed wolf pack a few months ago at Guts,see 1000x + bet screenshots section (hit that within 100 spins or so)...And didn't really play the slot much before...So that was for me an awesome hit but besides that I play this series only a few spins every time as I don't find them that exciting in general...

BUT a big hit is possible just like on DOA,where many people have hit the 5 scatters and/or 5 wilds on a payline which I never managed yet with many ten thousands of spins divided over different casino's though...

I agree if you get all them wilds at 1 go than your in for a shock, I am the same with doa, give me jack & nory, what I have seen low is abit of screen shots recently on that game I guess people are bang on it and losing (me my self) and others picking up us losses, Also a few screenies of btba that come up trumps for a few players, But again that game has been dead for me also, I gave another shot yestoday after about a year and same story, NOUT

Sorry for resurrecting such an old topic.

Been playing Untamed Giant Panda and other than a beginners luck big win, it has been robbing money like no tomorrow.

It is such a frustrating slot that makes you swear, scream and shout at the screen.

You see the balance draining and the wild count for each reel adding up. Many a time I had 3 wilds accumulated on all of the reels. You think that is a nice set up, it is going to pay. Like fuck it does. Every single time it releases one reel at a time and when it does release two reels the gap between the reels invariably don't fill with matching symbols. To add insult to injury, the wild reel(s) may block the 3rd scatter that is needed to trigger the bonus round!

As to bonus rounds. When it eventually triggers (and it can be hundreds of spins), it is spot the wild time most of the time.

A very dangerous slot to play.

Yes it has potential, but how much money are you prepared to pump into for it to be released?

Many a good balance gobbled up but they can deliver.

Played these since release and my advice would be to set a loss limit (and quite a low one) and stick to it.

Chasing the 'Save-A-Wild' even if they are set up nicely rarely pays off. Be warned lol!!!

Yes, and that is why this slot is so dangerous. You see the set up, you put lots of money in to get to it, so you pump more into it else otherwise that money invested definitely has gone to waste. Rinse and repeat.

You heavily rely on the features of this slot to keep it going (unlike Immortal Romance or Finer Reel of Life as an example because even the base game wins keep you going for while) so when they do not materialise or are basically crap it makes it a frustrating playing experience.

High variance? More like super high variance.

Panda is the best but it can indeed wipe you out. Bengal Tiger I really don't even entertain just detest that one...Eagle I hit almost 100x but never anything better, Wolfpack I've rarely tried I like the feature but it's rare...

The x10 very rarely shows up, most spins its x2 - x3 with the occasional x4 or x5.

I have hit a normal wild on 4 of the 5 reels during FS, no prizes for guessing what the multiplier was on that one

What is so special about the untamed Tiger bonus round?

I've been trialling this game in free/demo mode and 1,000 spins later and the bugger will not drop in at all

It is the same as Trailing Wilds on Avalon II and Santa's Wild Ride (but with a much shitter pay table)

I have had sessions where it has triggered numerous times within a few spins of each other, usually paying between 20x - 60x and then it drops one in the 120x range.

Most recently I cannot hit the bonus on it at all and when I do the wilds are firmly secreted.

Best hits come when wilds land top of 1,2 or 1,3 as they expand and reels spin more wilds land (anywhere but the bottom of the reel!) on other reels so they all 'grow' for the next spin.
