Unreachable support at Gala International?

There seems to be a problem with this casino. I was contacted last week from a webmaster who is having difficulty getting a response form them. I'm having the same bad luck.

This will be escalated this week.

Do not most Boss Media/Webdollar casinos share the same outsourced support? At least the toll free numbers at their homepage are the same as with every Boss Media so you could try to call them.

In summary:

1. I received an e-mail about a 100% match bonus offer.
2. I made a deposit but I've not received the bonus.
3. I tried to contact the support but they're unreachable...

The phone numbers are toll free only if you call them from the given countries. I prefer e-mail rather than an international phone call.

I got that email, made the deposit and got the bonus (and won :D ). Hope alls ok with Gala because I play there often and have never had a problem with them. Are they not registered in safer than safe Gibralta? Ill wait before playing there just in case there is an issue but I cant see Gala folding

Edit.. Just called their support on the uk number (0800 9012 993) and worked fine, asked if there were any problems with Gala Int. and he said no

My e-mails to Gala support were bounced back by their spam filter after a week or so. Telephone is the only way to get through.

I can't get the bonus added. I'm getting the runaround.

If you go to www.galainteractive.co.uk and click the galacasino link (the third graphic, bottom right) it will show it runs two casinos. If you click the 'contact us' link it will give you more contact details and although it says the support number is for all galainteractive sites, they don't know much about galainternational at all and some haven't heard of it when you call up (a link to it is on the bottom left of the galacasino.co.uk homepage)! If you call them, they only have the customer database for the non-bossmedia casino.

The promotion was sent by galainteractive but there is no way to get back to them. The bossmedia support have no record of the promotion now it has expired. They say I need to contact the casino manager with email but I haven't been able to.

The Gala Interactive division was sold by Gala last year to St Minver on 27th September. It's impossible to contact the casino manager and the Boss Media support don't know who it is and can only contact the manager the same way as the player. The email doesn't work for me or I'm not getting replies.

I don't know when the new company have to report their earnings but it looks like they sent the offer to solicit lots of deposits. The reason I say this is that the offer didn't even specify a maximum deposit (although I think you can't deposit more than 500 per transaction). In fact the maximum was set to 250 which must have caused problems for some people who deposited the max 500 and didn't get the bonus. I deposited less than 250 so it shouldn't have been a problem. The strange thing is that I heard of people on other boards not receiving the email but still getting the bonus automatically on their deposit. Gala Interactive obviously used a mailing list to send the offer out but they don't want to add the promised bonus to some accounts.

In the statutory period ended 27 September 2003 the Group disposed of its online gaming operation and other fixed assets. From 17 March 2003 to the date of disposal the online gaming operation made a loss of 584,000.

This is what I'm beginning to think. This doesn't look good - and I'm getting quite miffed.

I didn't get it automatically, rang up (at the time) and was told the maximum was 200, which was added.

There used to be 2 sets of numbers, the boss support and the gala support, the second of which were helpfull, but the numbers are now gone.

All seems a bit dubious to me.

They didn't specify the max. bonus in the e-mail, so I think it is unfair if they don't give the 100% if the deposit amount is more than Ł250.

Who was it you rang to get the bonus (Boss or Gala)? Were the numbers for Gala on the galainternational site (I found a number on the galacasino.co.uk site but they haven't helped)? I noticed the numbers changed at galainternational but thought all of them were for Boss, anyway.

Those who got the bonus automatically had a bonus transaction code in their deposit history which states the maximum as 250 but it wasn't mentioned anywhere. I deposited less than that.

2 days ago I signed up at gala and emailed them with some questions about their 100% sign up bonus.
I had no problems whatsoever with the customer support, which promptly responded from this address.

support@galainteractive.co.uk

I was also told that if you live in the usa, canada, china or gibralta then you are not eligible for the bonus.

Cheers.

it was boss I think (the number from the website), they didn't have a full clue.

Bryan, do you have any news?
I would recommend to stay clear of this group. Unanswered/bounced emails. Clueless support. Aloof attitude towards public complaints. Not an indicator of a casino that has its act together.

Couple of their landbased casinos stink as well.I ain't suprised they seem dodgy
