Unibet withdrawal times?

I think I've seen Unibet being mentioned as a fast paying casino a few times. I've requested my first withdrawal to Neteller 3 hours ago, and have a few questions regarding the withdrawal process.

- Does anyone have any idea how long a Neteller withdrawal takes?

- Is sending in documents obligated during the first withdrawal? (Customer service agent said the payment department decides this)

- Do I have to flush my withdrawal? or is this already the case since I don't see the money anywhere apart from the transaction summary.

- Does the payment department process withdrawals 24/7 or only at set times?

It can vary depending on the individual situations.

Normally a Neteller withdrawal is processed and sent within 48 hours but can take a bit longer if your account needs to be verified. The verification process depends a bit on how quickly you provide us with the requested documents but once received they are handled and approved within 2-3 days.

Regarding flushing withdrawals, at the moment this is not possible for customers to reverse the withdrawal back to their Unibet account manually but if they wish to do that they can contact our support to assist them in the matter.

Our payment department works office hours.

I understand the rep's message, but flushing means that you can no longer reverse the withdrawal. In this case, players at Unibet cannot reverse their withdrawals, but a CSR can do it for them upon request, so there is no need to ask for a flush.
