Resolved Unibet Withdrawal stuck for +24 hours

I’m usually not one to complain if a casino takes a day or two to process withdrawals, but I have to make an exception this time as this whole thing is confusing me so much.

Yesterday, around 5:00 I made a withdrawal with Trustly at another casino, that took surprisingly long, but still arrived the same day.

The problem arrives with the next withdrawal I made yesterday, at Unibet, at around 6:00, which still has not arrived.

I have not once before experienced ANY delays with any Kindred casino, and what makes this super confusing to me, is that Unibet is specifically saying that it is an issue with Trustly.

However, I have to say that I made multiple different withdrawals with Trustly yesterday, AFTER the unibet withdrawal, and they all arrived instantly as they should. How is trustly experiencing problems with one site, but not with any other?
 
Unibet is reviewed at Casinomeister. It is an CM Accredited, vetted, and highly recommend casino listed at our site.
If anyone here knows more about Payment processing platforms and whatnot, please feel free to explain how is it possible that Unibet is stating it’s an issue with Trustly, when during that same day I used the exact same WD method, same bank account, literally the same process elsewhere, both casino and non casino related withdrawals.

Reached out to Trustly support before and they were nothing short of brilliant - quick and on-the-ball.

Contact them :)

Then contact Unibet, then Trustly, then Unibet, then Trustly, and so on, and so on......That's how it went with Trustly and Videoslots over a few weeks before I got mine sorted.
 
Cant help you there, never used Trustly
have you talked to support at Unibet ?
Yeah. A couple of times just to try and get them to inquire further about it. It’s just a copypasted message noting that they’re experiencing issues with Trustly that are out of their own reach.

No comment when I asked for an explanation for it, stating that Trustly has worked just fine elsewhere..

It’s really confusing to me.

I tried to reach them earlier, I posted a screenshot showing that I’m getting an error message, but I managed to send a request after like 10 tries :D

They did actually respond super fast over at Trustly, stating that I’ll have to wait 1 more day to meet the standard 2 day waiting time, and then I’ll have to ask Unibet for a payment ID and then ask my bank.

I’m very much hoping it’ll arrive without having to ask around so many places.
 
Most probably there's a settlement issue with your withdrawal request mate. It's not common but from my past experience working at Unibet; Trustly or other payment methods can at times have transactional irregularities, although very rare.

Within 2448 hours you should receive this withdrawal if not simply contact Unibet support again.

Thanks for the insight Marco! I’ll just have to wait and see. There’s always the possibility that it does arrive today, and if not, then I’ll contact them tomorrow as it’s then been 2 days.

Just wanted to post a little update here;

Unibet have now double checked and confirmed that they’ve verified and processed the payment right when I requested it. I’ll wait for a proof of payment and wait until tomorrow, and I’ll then contact Trustly and my bank again if it’s still out there in the mysterious void.

I have to also add that I’ve had an account with Unibet since 2021 I think, and I’ve never had any issues with them. I think it’s just extremely unlucky and unfortunate that out of all my Trustly transactions from yesterday, this one decides to get stuck somewhere.
 
I myself have had one case with Betsson where Trustly withdrawal took about five days. Betsson had paid withdrawal almost instalty but for some reason the money stayed in Trustly's systems for days.

I myself no longer fully trust that Trustly's withdrawals would arrive immediately in the bank account.
That's why i always use Euteller if possible and casinos don't charge for using it.
