Unibet Live Chat - Anyone there?

Hi all,

I have been trying to chat to someone at Unibet - I have tried all times of the day but the chat is always offline - anyone know when it is best to get someone there?

There has been lot of complains about their live chat service in past

Still a great place to bet or play IMHO.

It has been a while since I used Unibet, but I remember that their live chat usually was offline (both English and Norwegian live chat). It also took a while to get a reply by e-mail. I was generally not happy with their customer service.

I find it quite strange that a big operator like Unibet "never" manages to have their live chat online.

Oh by the way if you insist on live chat. Then I would try tomorrow between 11-13 as it is lunch time. So maybe better chance getting through. Just my advise. Not sure if it works though hehe

Maybe i live in a different time zone but there customer service to me was always top notch! I dont recall ever not beeing able to contact anyone trough live support.

Might have changed in the last 2months tho havent used there casino in a while.

By top notch i mean availability and speed, not so much content of the reply :s

I used Unibet as my sole casino for a good year, shame 2 back to back unresolved issues put an end to this.


Ooh wait, i just remember i always got answerd in Dutch so maybe they just have less busy channels...
