Not sure if this is the right section so apologies in advance. But is it just me or has anyone else noticed since the Unibet/Stan James merger that Unibet have got really mean with bonuses/free spins? I mean they've got the World Cup free spins promo but not for UK. Okay, yesterday I got that free spins wheel thing (5 free spins), got up to £4 on Steam Tower and busted out.

Back when I played at Stan James they actually valued and rewarded loyalty; the occasional free fiver and regular free spins. Now I don't have the choice, and yes, I've deposited plenty at Unibet - just saying; sorry for rambling/ranting lol but jeez

Unibet rarely gives a bonus... Got one when when I first joined, once got a €25 non-deposit bonus and then when I didn't play there for about 3 months they threw a 100% match upto €40 my way and that is all in about 2 years now. Didn't even get anything on my birthday when most casino's usually atleast give you 5 free spins

If it wasn't for their very fast withdraw times and that they rarely have lag on any of their games I probably wouldn't play there.

Unibet are tighter than a fish's a**hole. I also found it nigh on impossible to win there, and they have sent fellow forumite Kelapa around the bend with their 'live' roulette.

There are better places to play.

Paddy Power are big on rewards, and with low playthroughs, and they are not too stringent on the t&cs, if you are a loyal customer.

They shun all players. And they send me an email once a month asking why I dont play there anymore and ask me to fill out a quick survey. Everytime I call them cheap that never give reloads, freespins or anything ever. So it seems to me they dont care what the results of surveys are because I know that alot of other players answer that way too.

They'll send a survey, you'll complain about lack of offers, you'll then mysteriously receive a reload bonus UP TO AN eye watering 30 quid.

And that's it until next years survey.

Decent casino for games/withdrawal speeds etc but that's about it. Hence i hardly play there...what's the point when other gin joints will throw you the odd chip for when times are a hard :)

The funny thing is when the transition process was happening from stan james to unibet, one of the faq's on stan james was something like 'can I join unibet now rather than wait for my stan james account to transition over' and the answer was something like 'yes you can but you will get better rewards if you wait as some special offers are planned for the stan james customers'.

Of course it was bollocks, if I'd just joined unibet rather than wait for my stan james account to change over, I would have got the sign up bonus which at that time was a deposit match I think. Instead all I got for waiting was 20 free spins on a netent minimum stake 10p. :(

I must admit getting a bonus from Unibet when I played there was like getting shit out of a rocking horse. I quit years ago, I see nothing's changed.

One good thing is the site works well, I haven't experienced lagging games or server crashes and they have a fair selection of slots. Overall I don't think its going to be a lucky casino for me, I lost £26 there today [ £106 deposited] and I think I'm about £300 down since the stan james account transition. Raging rhino is the new html version and the reels move odd, they flump in like your going to get the 3 diamonds on every spin, today I got 24 ways of rhino which saved my bacon.

Unibet sent me a £30 100% match offer at the end of March and I managed to cash out £850 from my £30 deposit. Two days later I received the same offer and thought "why not?" and cashed out another £350 from a £30 deposit. They went quiet after that:)
