Casino Complaint Unibet Casino - never again

So my latest adventure in Unibet casino. I have been customer with them nearly 3 years, and I usually enter their site during my holidays only, cause my work takes too much time and not enough time to spend in unibet. So that what has happened now on my latest holiday in April 2012. I logged to Unibet before Easter on 3rd of April and was playing as usual my favorite games and checking out the new ones. I do understand that you can not win every day and sometimes you get lucky , sometimes not. But now we are on 23rd of April and I tell you honestly, not a single winning streak. The games do not even give you a single full line, and the only lines what are turning up are lowest paid and then also only 3 or 4 on line not a full 5. More over the bonus games or the Free Spin games do not come up at all. I do understand that maybe yes 3-4 days you do not win but three weeks in row nothing at all, after depositing nearly 2500 pounds, and i am only playing with lowest stake. They have a game named Alien Robots - they really are aliens because in three weeks in this game not a single free spin game turned up. Another one is Flowers and Gonsos Quest - nothing at all. I am truly shocked. I also believe that all the games are manipulated and/or automatically controlled by them. Having been a good customer with no complaints before, I cannot say that I ever trust the Unibet website anymore. I also tried to contact their customer service and after three emails sent to them, still no reply from them. Their free spin offers and bonuses for loyal customers. This is another joke- in two years I have received no free spins and only few bonuses which always require that you have to deposit money from your part before getting the bonus. A friend of mine told me that after he deposited nearly 1000 pounds he got an email from Unibet telling him that as loyal customer he does not need to pay deposit fee when depositing money and that his account has been given VIP status. he could not understand how did he earn this, I am being with them nearly 3 years and have been depositing probably nearly 8000-10000 pounds this time and i am still paying deposit fee and no VIP status. What a great way to take care of clients. Honestly even Bernie Madoff, Ponsi scheme looks like child play on a side how Unibet is just eating your money. No wonder how they have such a big annual turnover. After first week I was so shocked that I started to videotape my games. And I am now with more than 24 hours videos of my games. And I do say to myself, well done because i am going to post them on a blog just that others can see what can happen to you in Unibet. Sure I will survive, only have to work now harder to earn the money back. But still it gives me opportunity to show others that the glittery world of Unibet is not glittery at all. As a swedish speaker I also have to say that their advertising in Swedish daily newspapers are anything but the truth. There is specially one which I have seen on online daily newspapers constantly , about how someone won hundreds of millions swedish crowns and with a free spin game. So lets people now see what the real Unibet is about. I will keep you posted about the blog when it is ready. And my advice, keep your money in the bank, even if the interest is low, in Unibet you just loose all. So yes I have learned my lesson and they have lost another client.

Why would you want to even become a VIP if you dislike the casino so much?

To me, this looks like a rant without substance. It's hard to read your post btw, try to separate some sentences here and there.

But, I am interested in some way. I will probably read your blog if you have interesting figures of your play, since you can back it up with recorded evidence.

Nobody forces you to read.
And I am not complaining that I do not have VIP status, I just wrote this to say that someone who spends so much money on a site, dont get anything offered, whereby someone who just logged in few times will get bonuses and VIP status. They do take fantastic care of their clients.......lol
Besides I dont feel like some ordinary looser.......thanks god i do have my brains still, to realize that they just milk you for money....which seems to be their kind of entertainment offer for clients.
I have closed my account with no interest of their site anymore

Well your only real complaint is that you didn't win.

So, if you weren't a winner, then you were a loser.

You have the right to play elsewhere, but slagging a casino off because you didn't win just makes you a sore loser.

Um, well, yeah. It's a business. They aren't here to dispense money, but rather, to make money. Just sometimes, you can walk away on the plus side. But the whole thing is designed for them to make money and for you to lose money. Going in expecting to win is just plain silly.
