Unable to log-in to Skrill

Anybody else has this problem. I am really worried
Can't login, can't do any transactions.

Related to this, not too long ago I had tried logging in too many times and had the account frozen. Getting a hold of the customer service was extremely difficult - after several emails and calls I finally got it solved. Not the way it should be.

I was also puzzled because I could not call them or anything and I felt it was very urgent to get in contact. It was some kind of server-maintenance and I told them next time to announce it on Twitter/Facebook to not be super shocked.

I had a problem with my Skrill account, and I got a rapid response by going through their facebook page. Email support was non-existent. FWIW.
