Firstly there is no indication as of yet this is true about affiliate licensing - you are effectively 'licensed' anyway as your licensed casinos you promote will make you do things by the rules anyway, all the CAP, LCCP and UKGC ones. It's been talked about in the past but would be expensive for the UKGC and they cannot control affiliates promoting to multiple jurisdictions outside the UK anyway.
I am editing the title here from " Should Chipmonkz be in prison?" to something more reasonable as it's very perjorative and inflammatory, plus we don't approve of (or allow in the CM rules) cross-forum posting, where you got this subject from and copied that image from.
Incidentally, the image contains one big error - the words 'to the UK market.' should be added to the end. No rules or laws exist, or likely ever would, forbidding a UK resident to run an affiliate site that promoted to markets outside the UK.
There's no laws against what he does as far as I can tell, he's not even doing it from the UK anyway IIRC. There's no laws in the UK preventing people playing at unlicensed or crypto casinos either. Or from promoting them as long as the offers don't use wording directly aimed at UK residents on behalf of unlicensed sites - the rules apply to UK-facing casinos that allow and advertise for UK players. Many on here from the UK play 'grey' crypto sites.
