Trybet casino, bonus issue

Hi guys
I played this casino called Trybet casino and i have collected the welcome bonus an im curious on peoples thoughts on their bonus terms, For the welcome spins you have to play out the bonus from the last lot fully before the next bunch unlock, 25 a day My issue is that the allowed games are from Aspect gaming So if you have less than 10c left, Which is possible, Then your in a stalemate as there no games that have a min bet less than 10c So you bonus doesn't reset itself as there is no way to play it out, The welcome spins also have an expire date and there customer service is on a limited timeframe, When i asked support about this They kind of just shugged it off an said someone will look into it, This was over a week ago and the bonus balance still remains 9c and the welcome spins have most likely expired by now, Just curious is this normal?

Not a lot of gen on this casino, it appears to be IoM licensed if you have played on the genuine site.

You should be able to play some games on lower line settings to use it up?

If not, ask CS to remove the 0.09 from your account.

I reminded them again yesterday just waiting for a reply I found them on Askgambler so they seem lajit but yeah so many issue with them i figured id just start with this one
