I need some advice on the withdrawl method. I can transfer direct to my Bank account or Neteller, do you know if there will be any bank charges?
(Bit late replying to this one!)It is because our welcome offer is 200% matching bonus. Since it is double of the 100%, the exposure and the cost is also double. If the offer was 100%, then we would have had lower WR for sure.
Update. 1 day to approve the documents, was sent an email yesterday saying the money would be with me in 24hrs but been told today that they are unsure if the money has been transferred because the accounts department are not in until Monday. Not please about this, will take 8 days from withdrawal to getting paid. Strange that accounts department are off for almost half the week, this has to improve if they want to keep my custom.

Joined here last night after reviews. This place easy sign up to but boy I wished I hadn't wasted my money. Hit good feature on doa got up to £450 one point off £50 plus bonus.
However talk about lag and machine faults it was totally unbelievable. Machines just packing up and throwing me out saying unavailable. When had run of few wins then log back in again for nothing. If the bonus had no wagering requirement how then after so many ££ play above the amount did it still show as bonus??

well a bonus is a bonus. If you had won with it, you could have withdrawn the winnings as there were no WR. If you wanted to withdraw the bonus itself, all you had to do is ask the customer service team.
I really think that our staff is player-friendly and were genuinely trying to make you happy. Not sure why you are disappointed, what can we do to help?

This shouldn't be necessary, players should reasonably be able to rely on what the accounting and banking screens are showing them. If the bonus can just be withdrawn, why not just add it as "cash balance" so that it is clear to the player that they have the choice of playing for more, or withdrawing it.
Do you REALLY want your customers asking CS whether it is permitted to withdraw EVERY bonus that the system displays as non withdrawable in order to not miss out on the few occasions when it is? This is how CS departments get overloaded, impacting the service levels for everybody.






There is a problem with cashier not showing the completed bonus as real money funds but you can make a withdrawal AFAIK. If you try to make a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements the cashier won't let you and will display the remaining amount that needs to be wagered.
Unfortunately, players cannot take this for granted. There has been a high profile case here where a player lost a very significant sum because they believed the software would automatically block a withdrawal under these circumstances, and when they tried the withdraw, all their substantial winnings were removed along with the bonus. The casino stuck to their guns, and said the player should have double checked with CS rather than relying on the cashier screen to correctly catch such an error.
This brings us right back to the careful player never trusting the cashier whenever there is the slightest doubt as to what is permissible with a bonus on the account. No player could know in advance the specific shortcomings in this case, and that the error is the opposite way around, the withdrawal shown as not allowed, but in fact it will get through, and will not be deemed a breach of the terms by the casino.

As a result, you're just making assumptions again. It may NOT be a software issue at all.
Considering I can recall only ONE case (this one) in recent memory where a player has "accidentally" lost their winnings by "hitting the wrong button in the cashier", you're also making a mountain out of a molehill as per.

Really bad casino, not recommended at all.
here are the reasons:
1- they charging 5€ per withdraw.....
2- I paid using Visa and the only withdraw option is wire transfer...
3- Games are horribaly slow
4- this is my rtp % after way too many spins 34.88% .. i know you cant ge tthe correct number under few million spins but that should give you an idea

Now now Nifty, it's an unusal number but still achievable.
For instance, some weeks ago I felt like that I experienced the worst playing session(s) ever in the whole history of online gambling, but as it's all based on RNG/RTP/etc I continued to play. So I played every day that week (monday - friday) so to speak, and after multiple deposits, no cashout that week and lots of spins, my total RTP for all those days was around 38% (confirmed by Tony over at Guts).

The new WR will be 20 x bonus+deposit instead of 35 x bonus+deposit.
We will also be removing the 5€/£ withdrawal fee.
