CHEROKEE The majority of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians on Thursday voted for the sale of alcohol at Harrah's Cherokee Casino. Only the more traditional tribal community in Graham County registered dissent.

Every precinct except for the small Snowbird community outside of Robbinsville voted for changing a law that prohibits selling alcohol on the Cherokee Indian Reservation.....

Uh Oh....

Fire water and Natives do not mix well...

I speak from experience.

Funny, I always thought that the ban on selling alcohol on the Reservations was on a federal level.

LOL Lots0..:D

I'm sure they will have to keep security beefed up there now. It will be nice though to have a drink every now and then there while playing. Won't have to carry the flask anymore..;)

Good!!!

I think it's a good thing to have a drinkey-poo while playing. Just don't get drunk! Besides, you'll warm up because it's cold in there!
