Bit disappointed with TradaCasino as I am having a nightmare getting verified pending a withdrawal, for such a paltry amount (£50) I did not know it would be as much of a headache as this
Made a small deposit on Saturday morning made a bit of a profit which was good enough for me then it all began.. I provided photo ID and the front and back of my debit card, but I didn't have proof of address, I said they could credit check me as other websites to do verify my address/age or whatever, but this was a no-no
As the bills at my house are not in my name I only have my bank account to do so, so I went in branch and got a printed statement which I sent in, got all my account details on there, branch stamp in the bottom corner etc, transactions, and yet I still am getting the 'this is not acceptable' response
I have asked for an explanation as to how this is not acceptable yet they want me to download one online which I can't get, which could just as easily be edited by anyone?
It riles me how the account was open for weeks and there was no mention of needing to verify, kept getting emails about bonuses and how fast the withdrawals were, and now I've won even just a small bit I'm jumping through hoops to get my money out, which I have never had a problem with elsewhere
Can only assume if Id lost my deposit there'd have been no issues accepting further (but that's the cynic in me)... I know they are top rated here/accredited that's why I chose to give them a spin, now I'm starting to feel that's a bad choice. Hope their rep here can help?
