Trada moving to Aspire Global platform from 20th November

Yup, many of us here have a quite strong opinion about Aspire (i one of them) and casinos operating in their platform, now i assume most of things which have given us that negative feeling about them is said, let's now wait for while until we have some new info or Trada go live there and continue judge how good or bad it is after that.
I think it's fair for casino who have been so great for this community and overall great place for many to play.

so why no comment on anything yet?

Hey folks,

Just wanted to drop in to answer this one first before we address the remainder of your concerns.

Myself and Rachel have been reading every comment on this thread and compiling a list of questions and concerns. Once we have an answer for each and every one of them, we will come back with the full answer.

As many have already highlighted, it may seem scary, and from some of your previous experiences it is easy to understand your concerns, however, all we ask for is a bit of patience while we seek answers to all of your questions and hopefully in time, everyone will see this move as a good thing, and not the doomsday it is currently being painted as.

As always, if anyone has any questions or concerns, please feel free to drop me a PM.

Conor

Good luck with changing the platform. It's gonna be hard work but hopefully it will be worth it

Just want to add if their plans are to join aspire and offer the same rock bottom rtp and same scummy sneaky bonus wager, this will be a horrible move for trada.

even red tiger megaways is 92% where most other places is over 96%.

all slots contribute 50% so wager is essentially 70x on bonuses. playngo contrbutes 100% but then they get you with the low 92% setting.

Who knows though maybe they can change the wager properly and ask for proper rtp.

Direx NV platform has many casinos with different rtp settings and wager. White hat gaming also has some varying wagers. So I dont see why they cant have it different also.

Even if they can, they will really have to get the word out there they offer high rtp and proper wager because aspire has a really bad reputation. Myself for example, if i open a new casino website and see its aspire, i instantly close it and leave.

Rachel has proven to have integrity so lets just wait and see guys before keeping yourselves up all night thinking about it

I entirely understand why some posters are anxious. However, I also understand why this move likely made sense from a business perspective and I would say with 100% certainty if any operator can ensure that the standards remain high, the team behind Trada are the ones I would pick for the job.

For years now Trada have set the bar that I've pointed all other operators to. As lockinlove said, I think allowing them some scope to transition before we engage in doomsaying is only fair.

Agreed, best to cut Trada some slack here, but I have to agree with pretty much everything @Nicola has said. Aspire's low RTP is one thing but the extremely shady bonus terms where they announce the wagering is only 35xB when in fact almost every game only contributes 50%, is really praying on new players who don't understand these rules.

On the bright side, We'll all be able to play Fruity Friends :axeman2:

A very bright side indeed...especially if they offer it with the top RTP setting of 93%!

But hurry as the game still runs on Flash which means it could be gone by Dec 2020. :D

If all fails, you can always play some Scratchcards, they often come with a "massively" higher RTP of 93.50%. 115645

Noted in the new terms that Trada is going to be operated and managed by Aspire. I don’t hold out much hope of Trada as we know it lasting long.

I do hope however that the current staff stay on with just as good terms.

Well Videoslots seem to be giving Aspire Global a run for their money - their latest change has seen Red Tiger drop to 93% ...

If certain jurisdictions didn't specify a minimum, then you would probably have the 88% versions running.

One thing I do know is that the people that run Trada are honest. fair and genuine people - I genuinely hope it pans out for the best for them and their players.

Well that’s me never playing at Trada again sadly. Wouldn’t waste my pocket change on anything related to aspire, scummy outfit

I still loveTrada. They’re five today and have sent a free fiver to celebrate ;)

Lol with this move trada has just ruined their brand. Simply one of the worst (legit) platforms available to casino players. Good luck Trada. You must have something loose as a player to choose to play at casino's with lower rtp settings. Another thing with aspire global, they bombard you with promotions to join their casino but they have terms stating once you have claimed a welcome bonus on any casino on the aspire global platform you are not able to claim any welcome offers on others within the same platform.

Yes they do - but I think they apply the term loosely. I inquired about it and was told I can still claim a bonus IF i had used one elsewhere. That's dangerous though- especially if you win a large sum - Their terms would always be binding, not what CS says.

I just reported on one of Jelenas promotions that the Betsson Group have also snuck that term in across their properties...

I don't understand why @Conor@Trada @TradaCasino can't answer some of the questions posed so far.
Surely everything asked so far must be known to Trada by now, you don't sign a deal to move to a new platform without checking things like, who will be providing chat, who will be providing payments (and how quick they will be done), what games and settings you will use, who's bonus terms you will use etc.
I don't see a single comment or question in the thread that should really need them to ask Aspire about :(
