You all know that Trada Casino has suspended my account just because i used bonus code which was for selected players only and the funny thing or very irresponsible is when i ask live support agent for some explanation,i was told that i would get an email from Trada Casino.
I do think i deserve to receive something from Trada casino,you suspended my account or closed so there should be some email from you...
This happened maybe 1 month ago and i still waiting for their email...i try to login to my account and was really shocked when got this message "Your account is currently closed as per your request. Per my request?? are you serious?
I am asking Trada rep here,when will i get your email and second question,please enlighten me,because i don't recall that i asked from you to close my account??
