Trada Casino-still waiting for your email

You all know that Trada Casino has suspended my account just because i used bonus code which was for selected players only and the funny thing or very irresponsible is when i ask live support agent for some explanation,i was told that i would get an email from Trada Casino.

I do think i deserve to receive something from Trada casino,you suspended my account or closed so there should be some email from you...

This happened maybe 1 month ago and i still waiting for their email...i try to login to my account and was really shocked when got this message "Your account is currently closed as per your request. Per my request?? are you serious?

I am asking Trada rep here,when will i get your email and second question,please enlighten me,because i don't recall that i asked from you to close my account??

Hi Helena,

In this instance I can only quote the following term:

"TradaCasino reserves the right to close Your Account and to refund the account balance to you, subject to the deduction of relevant withdrawal charges, at TradaCasino's absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or to give prior notice, using a payment method determined by us."

As you did not have a balance at the time of closure there are no pending payments owed and the account will remain closed. I have changed the status of your closure (as it should not say "Your account is closed as per your request") so my apologies for that mixup.

Its fair that they can close an account at any moment i understand that its in terms and conditions. But now curiosity peaks.. I just wanna know why they closed it as now im super curious LOL sounds like you did something baaaaaaad!

This was the code that was plastered in the Free Spins thread I think? I'd have a heart attack if my account got shut down unwittingly!

A few members got......reprimanded for using that :eek2:

Haha Gotie ;) not big deal they closed my account,there is plenty fish in the sea :D i stopped depositing here long time ago and once i been vip player there,they dislike me because i took a looot of money there,so cheers to that :cheers:

Shouldn't I have been the one who faced the account closure for posting codes that are exclusive to players who recieved it?

I really do feel Helena's account closure is overboard. All she did was input a code that she was given. She has done no wrong, and as far as I am aware did not break any specific rules.

I would have expected better from Trada in these circumstances.

I've been deposting alot to Trada lately and may take a lengthy break. It doesn't sit well with me that someone else has been punished and had thier account closed for no reason and at no fault of thier own.

If it was against the rules for players to try and use codes that are not meant for them, then why not a simple warning about it first instead of a full blown account closure?

EDIT: Without referring to the "We can close your account whenever we like, for whatever reason we like" line that every casino implements into thier T&C's, can you be more specific and inform the community why Helena's account has been closed for using a bonus code she recieved on an internet forum?

Some asshole (Me) posted the code to the freespins thread thiking the code could be used for everyone.

It turns out the code is exclusive to players who recieve the Email. And I earned Helena a nice account closue :laugh:

I don't see the crime really. I've used codes from other reputable casinos as per the Free Spins thread and was just politely told "No chance, Sucker!" but nothing more :eek2:

Exactly. I've tried using codes that were not for me and have been greeted with the "Sorry you aren't eligible" type messages.

Hell, I have even used codes at Trada that were given on that thread and not for me specifically and I never recieved an account closure. Why is that?

It wasn't 100 spins on a game, just the bog-standard 10, from recollection. Wonder what caused the panic :confused:
 
Maybe it was the fact they were a long time winner and were not depositing, yet still surfing round for freebees.

I might be tempted to close their account, particularly if those historic big wins come from other freebies

Something isn't right here. It seems to me like Helena may not have been a frequent depositor, so they decided to close her account to stop her "trying to take advantage" of any free bonuses.

In which case an account closure is still unfair and uncalled for as a bonus ban would have sufficed.

I was a vip player,but that was back in 2015 i think,and i took a lot of money from them in 2 months i took maybe around 8.000 euros as i recall and it all started with a free spins...

I stopped depositing here because of their casino manager Tony and there were some things,they done,which i don't want to go publicly... so from then i stopped receiving emails,promos,nothing...as they were waiting for me...hehe ...honestly i am really not upset for my account closure...

Needless to say I self excluded and won't be returning to any of thier shite sites. The cheek of them too, you take a bonus and have to wager your real money and bonus money 35x times.

It's not enough for them unless you lose everything to them.
