A lot of games have 2 or more rtp listed
I would like to know as a UK player which rtp figure applies to me . Particularly in pragmatic and amatic games where there always seems to be at least 2 rtp listed . Madame Destiny has 2 rtp listed , for example , with one 1% lower than the other . Wolf Gold has 6(?) rtp listed which is strange and I have no idea why because the "jackpots" on there are stake based and not progressive
Wild Weather as another example has 94% and 96% rtp
Billyionaire amatic has 94.54% and 96.33% listed
Basically all amatics and pragmatics have various rtp plus some games from other providers too
I have emailed them twice , as well as asked this question here in another thread (or 2) and no response... so maybe they will see this
I'm not accusing them of anything I just would like to know

Hey @SlotGrinder :)

Just letting you know I've seen the thread and I'm getting the reasoning behind the multiple RTPs :)
I would assume the agents who were on our email support today were also awaiting that reasoning hence the delay in response.

I wasn't aware you had asked in a previous thread - sorry if I've missed that one!

We know that Pragmatic offers different RTP settings to casinos. You always see in their info file the RTP they use (apart from a few old games I think).

The RTP for UK players, should be listed within the game. Either in the paytable or helpfile.
Otherwise they're not UKGC compliant.

Even MGS now show the RTP in the helpfile, Something they've resisted doing for years, and IGT now show a single RTP figure, rather than the range they used to show

So if it says a rtp figure in the game helpfile that's def correct ? That would change if you were on a lower rtp? A few pragmatics I looked at seem to be 96%+ which is the highest setting so that's good
For Amatics I can't find any rtp info ingame

For Pragmatic yes, what is stated inside the game is the correct one. I saw this first time when the Lucky Dino games were found with low RTP. Also Dan confirmed it in the thread.
For Amatic I have no idea.

Okay, so here's what I've got back @SlotGrinder ...

"The reasoning behind the different displayed RTPs for Pragmatic Play, Amatic, and Tom Horn Games is due to the fact that these are all of the listed RTPs for those games that are made available to us.
When a game is supplied to us, we're given a sheet with all of these RTPs, and we copy the exact information provided.
For WMS Games, the different RTPs is due to the Big Bet Feature within the games."

So in your example of the 6 different listed RTPs, all 6 of those RTPs are versions of the game that were made available to us when we were originally provided with the game.

As @brianmon mentioned, the RTPs for the games are also within the games themselves.
For example, I just opened Wolf Gold on our site, and the RTP is listed as 96% in the Games Rules.

However, the current way it is done is not ideal and is obviously confusing. Our team will be updating the RTP sheet to reflect the RTP of the game we have on our site, instead of all of the RTPs that are made available.

And to pre-empt the next question... we have always used the highest available RTPs for the games that have been made available to us.

That's great news Conor - thanks very much!
After being stiffed by VS with their low rtp settings I have been checking rtp when I play . Saw your list of rtp but wasn't sure which rtp I was getting so good to know it's the highest one for all games :)
Not sure how I missed the ingame helpfile telling me rtp on pragmatics but good to have it clarified here anyway :)
