Resolved TowerGaming account lockout

I starting playing on towergaming for a few weeks now.

all seemed fine, deposit money, loose some, deposit more get a win, do a withdraw a few days later get the money, all is good.
i get a little larger win, and now my account is locked out.
Contacted support via email, as cant find a phone number anywhere.

Anyway, got a replay stating i was locked out becasue according to my ip and address show different countries.

I replied, that is totally incorrect, it is my real address,all details are 100% correct and requested how long will this take to resolve.

So now waiting on a answer and they hold my money.

also requested if they have a phone number for contact.

Has anyone else had a similar issue with towergaming.com?

I deposited to tower gaming 100$ and I played a while, made some + and then had a problem with the bonus on the poker room, I asked them a question, through mail support, wait 2 days and no response, so I withdrawn all my money... that's all fine so far, I really heard about tower gaming as being a big site.
They suddently locked my account without any specifications. I send them mails for about a week, without to receive a response. I was desperate, no phone number, live support always offline. Then I catch live support online and talked to him and they said it's a verification. I sent them the documents, all they requested, and then I waited for more that 2 weeks without any response, my accout locked. They don't allow anymore even to login to backoffice account and don't allow anymore to acces live support offline. I really don't know, what to do, there is more than 3 weeks since they locked my account, I think this site is going down. What do you think? Can I make a complaint to someone who gave them the license or smth?

You could try the PAB service here (if Tower gaming is on "yes can do" list). This does NOT look like routine verification, this looks more like they have decided not to pay.
To the rest of us, it looks like a casino where "lights are on, but nobody's home". If this is merely another screw-up, this industry needs to take a look at the bigger picture. This current economic crisis has seen a number of casinos go bust, and often the danger signs of this are little different to CS incompetence, usually where a player finds there is no way to communicate with the casino for weeks on end.
I think there is a Tower gaming rep here, so this is another route to try. If the rep also fails to show signs of life over the next couple of weeks, then PAB, as this could be a sign of more serious problems - especially if a number of similar complaints have come in. Max CANNOT judge whether there is a "bigger picture" involved unless players PAB (or even send him a PM asking for advice).
 
My dealings with Tower

I have been a big fan of Tower - love their web site :) the look is way cool.

I have never had that issue - I have won a great jack pot and was able to withdraw my winnings in 24hrs. I was asked for my ID before I could withdraw, I think that is a standard security check.
I have also chatted with support with their live chat.

The last time I contacted CS I got a response the same day.
Via email that is.

I am sure Tower CS will be all over this I pimp casinomeister any chance I get
