If you received a promotional e-mail from TonyBet this weekend, don't bother depositing like I did because you'll find nothing works!

Once you log in to play, all the NetEnt games disappear and the few MG games which they have keep having 'Account Management' issues.

Furthermore, (I'm not saying they are fake versions but seems suspicious) all their MG games do not have the responsible gaming update - therefore they are breaking UKGC guidelines. You can play unlimited spins on the games, no need to set losses etc.

I've signed up to a few casinos with NetEnt but after signing up, they're gone :what: Don't think they allow UK players to play NetEnt on their site.. Don't know about TonBet, won't let me on :eek2:

I personally would avoid Tony bet like the plague I joined and tried this lot last year. Never again!! Support utterly sucked and they messed up totally on a bonus and a deposit. Took me forever to sort out. In the end closed my account for the next 400 years!!! They were the pits - one my worst experiences of the past few years. Deposit here at your own risk based on my assessment. Utter crap and run by a bunch of morons who back then could not understand anything about my issue.

Is really strange you are having trouble with the site Nicola I've been on it pretty much all day(doing my football champions cup spins) then the inevitable painful rounds of DOA. Are you using the tonybet.com or co.uk one? Also what browser? I've had no problems with the site today whatsoever. Also the live chat were on the money with me a few weeks ago.

I have to say that I have not experienced any issues with Tonybet. All of there guidelines are in place and I have had no issues with loading or lag. The games played as smooth as silk. I have just put in a withdrawal request. It states that there is an up too 48hr pending withdrawal time, but as long as there is no issue there then for me there is nothing to not recommend them about

.

no auto withdraw for bank transfer/card/debit etc.
have to add an deposit method and use it according to my email, but can't add one without actually depositing. would be amazed if that didn't add an auto bonus mind.
i won an amazing £42 after 20 bazillion attempts and a ridiculous amont of hours at wagering each attempt. been told now i have to deposit, which is fine. Except I can see any first desposit auto adding a bonus though.
always smelt to good to be true, but just wish hadn't spent hours on end wagering before checking what happens after.

You do not have to take the 1st deposit bonus on your first deposit. I didn't. I had £75 after completing the WR from the free spins and was able to withdraw after depositing. The first DB can be used when you want too.

I not had no trouble, Games worked smooth, Just the navigation is shit for games, I won on some free spins for the football campaign and paid like 6 hours, All U.K reged as well,

I am 99% sure I won when I first signed up and paid as well,

gracias colin & spintee.

I'm asked to deposit in order to withdraw via the same way (visa debit). was expecting the deposit to be locked into a new bonus etc.
really appreciate the feedback from both you mofo's ;)

Just had an email from them stating that my withdrawal was rejected "my mistake. Please be kind and order it once again"? Human error I guess and it had only been requested on a Saturday evening,so pretty quick.
As a stand alone organisation I suspect it takes time to iron out some issues and they have to protect themselves against lots of things.

I heard there've been some complaints from TonyBet clients in Turkey. They claimed, they weren't able to withdraw money. Has anyone heard of it?

After reading a few comments regarding support at tonybet over the year, one could assume that if a player does something wrong support are probably required to refer to the youtube video ' Tony G flips out at Russian ' for inspiration on how to treat them.

I have to say that Tonybet have been great recently. Their games run very smoothly, CS have been all that could be expected and I requested a withdrawal yesterday and it was in my visa account within 20hrs. That is the fastest withdrawal I have ever had to my visa account. I can not fault them

Not bad at all, I actually would take my hat of to Tony if I had one, I actully put in a post obce how quick a few sites was, I think it was between guts and coral, It was a tight one but I think both was less than 20hrs to barclys visa debit card,

With some casino's it can take 3 days of waiting to tempt you into reversing then 3 days before they process it then a few days more to hit my visa account.
For me 2-3 days from the request to hitting my account is reasonable unless its a first deposit and pending docs.

Skybet too, as long as I withdraw before midnight, even around 11.55pm, it will be in my barclays account usually by around 12pm the next day, 1pm at the latest, including Saturdays and Sundays. My Halifax account credits it around 3pm, but not on weekends, so part of how quick is defo down to the bank.

I hope you done a tee special there a ment to of put unresanbale :)

One thing I hate is a long withdraw, I give up playing alot of sites due to this reason, I used to have a terrible habbit of reversing, I could of shot myself a few times when o left, But learned my lesson the hard way, Any site that holds payment should be in the sin bin

Its not ideal to wait 2-3 days but I don't get too stressed about it because there's little point. I avoid slow the slow payers like the plague now though

Can you remember if in the transactions page if it stated anything regarding it being processed?
I know it shows ' withdrawal request' upon making a withdrawal, but no confirmation as far as i am aware

I completed docs 2 days ago (though it took nearly 2 days for them to be acknowledged) i had then found out i had not uploaded one side of the card - which was quite hard to do since you arent able to upload a 2nd file once the first one had been uploaded) . To be fair they were quite swift in responses when i sent them the other document.
made a withdraw on the 22nd to bank card, but told it could be upto 48 hours pending before being processed. Probably used every hour of those 48 knowing my luck.

If I recall correctly any "pending" withdrawal was in the centre of with withdrawal page. My second withdrawal was not their very long at all.
I guess that waiting for a first withdrawal requires as much patience as anywhere else new .
