Okay I had a bit of luck over the weekend at tonybet cause the VS battles are not good this weekend. I managed to cash out £900 and got an email tonight saying can you contact live chat, I thought Here we go they are going to pull something out the bag to say NO,
so I opened up live chat and told I was asked to talk, the Live chat person said yeah we need a copy of your ID as we cant open up a case without a new version as yours was processed in 2017,
MHM I thought, so I load up the picture taken freshly for this moment, then they ask me to answer a few questions about my gambling habit and was I happy with them, Have i ever thought of using gamban or any other method to help such as limits or timeouts, I answered best I could.
the person said okay thankyou we will pass this onto to our team and let you know what happens after,
I was a bit worried and and asked what about my withdrawal. the person said "oh thats already been processed and should be in your payment method."
I check and there it was in my account.
Okay correct me if I am wrong but isnt that the way it should be?
