Not yet no Spintee,

As TivoliMatt said in his post announcing the changes he explained they will be live on Thursday (we hope). This small time from when agreed (today) to the change is to change the terms and all of the technical back office stuff needed to make sure it all works on the new bonus at the correct rates!

But we just couldn't wait to tell you all!

The fact is some slots are deemed high risk for a Casino, simple fact. You list many casino's who do not have this term, but there are also very many who also have this term too, many of them are already accredited and get good feedback on here.

I think you'll find that the slots that some casinos have a lower wagering contribution are actually the low volatile games, not the high ones.

An experienced player will play a bonus by first playing the high volatile games (such as Break Da Bank Again), then if and when they get a decent balance they'll then 'grind' through the wagering on a low volatile slot (such as bloodsuckers). so that high balance is maintained, to some extent.

The way you have it now is perfect for an experienced player to take advantage. because it doesn't really matter about the 0% or 25% on 'high risk' games. once they've had a good hit on the HV they then switch to the LV to grind through the WR, and since almost all of the LV games contribute 100%, It's even easier to complete the wagering than the other sites, who make restrictions.

Also, the site who restrict the contribution. it's usually 50% - 75%, not 0% or 25%.
Although some games are exempt from bonus play, but this isn't anything to do with the volatility. It's because wins can be accrued, and then collected later with a straight cash deposit (such as Devils Delight')

Thanks for the reply Keith.

I would agree that there are Casinos with similar terms. Reduced Wagering springs to mind at Betat for example. Betat do not tie funds and you are free to withdraw if you do not use bonus funds.

The reduced contribution doesn't phase me particularly because of other perks in place - Payment speed, weekend payouts, live help etc.

Every website has a particular flaw - Whether it be poor loyalty or lag BUT they mostly have good standards and perks.

I am glad that things are being changed for the better, however I still think your casino offers a rough deal to players. Do you have plans to introduce live chat?

In any event, I look forward to see new changes.

Nate

Yes for sure live chat is being planned, the General Manager and Head of Customer Support are currently speaking to potential software providers on this issue over the next period, it is something that will happen.

Withdrawals is another area we are looking to improve (well as far as speed is concerned).

We are a new Casino (only launched outside Denmark and as a whole independent operation), in August last year. This means we are not as big as others at the moment, we do not have as experienced staff base, so to have somebody available in evenings and weekends to thoroughly check and approve withdrawals, not yet, but soon.

My first company (Redbet) is from where many of you knew me, well when I started at Redbet many years ago we had 9 staff in the office, when I left it was 40+. When I joined Redbet did not have evening and weekend withdrawals, now you quoted them as a good example?

We will get there, but we wont run before we can walk as to do that we have to sacrifice something and that would often be quality, this is not an option for Tivoli and never will be. I hope you all understand, and join us on our journey.

Well i finally made my first deposit there last night :) everything runs very smooth
was missing couple of my fav games though like League of Fortune and Creature from the black lagoon :)
but there are couple of sites that dont allowed me the play CFTBL so that could be it.
also would be great to have a search bar. the way it is you have click few times to find a sudden game you wanna play, when leaving a game.

Hi,

The Creature From The Black Lagoon is not a game we offer at the moment on our site but I will include it in my notes along with League of Fortune when are looking on what new games to add. :)

Search option is something that we are very aware of and definitely something we will implement in the future! I am willing to put my head on the block about this one!

Very good question - I know it was a part of the original T&C's where we offered different bonuses for different markets. Let me get back to you with an answer when I've spoken to the higher powers. ;)

New wagering for Tivoli casino

After complaining about 50 times wagering requirements, I got a message from Tivoli Casino today. Apparently, the wagering is now lowered to 40 times instead of 50 times. Please find the new rules below:

"We have made some further changes to the welcome pack, following on from the feedback we have received from both players and affiliates. We believe these changes are yet another positive step and give you a far more attractive offer to promote.

The changes are now live on TivoliCasino.com site, and an updated version of Welcome Bonus T&C’s is live. TivoliCasino.dk is unaffected.

a. All bonuses are subject to a wagering of 40 times. A change from 50 times
b. Max bet is lowered from €8 to €5.
c. High volatility games have been updated and now count for 0% towards wagering. Table games (Poker, Black Jack, Roulette) now also count for 0% towards wagering

New welcome bonus package:

i. 100% bonus up to EUR 100 + 21FS
ii. 25% bonus up to EUR 75 + 50FS
iii. 25% bonus up to EUR 125 + 100FS

Agree. Perhaps they talk about a few slots with high volatility? All of the following are also not counting towards the wagering: Table games (Poker, Black Jack, Roulette).

I think you can find them on page 14.

In there are those games I play which mean I will never sign up here since I never could use a bonus.
A little sad but I guess they don't want me either. I could happen to win ;)

Update

I made a €100 deposit today, and refused the welcome bonus.
So far I've had lots of play time, a few big wins, and my balance sits at €800. I'll see what documentation I need to submit and get that all sorted tomorrow.
My only grips is the lack of CFTBL, which is my favourite NetEnt slot (yes, really lol). Aside from that I have no issues, but I'm not usually interested in bonuses anyway, which is the main problem with this casino.

EDIT: Make that €1,000. So far ;)

one question, do existing players get the new welcome bonus again? I know a shot in the dark lol

Hi Asadzareef,

As a general rule no, a welcome bonus is as the name says a welcome bonus and you accept (or decline) this offer when joining. However, this is Casinomeister land and strange things happen. If you message me your username and deposit amount I will apply the 100% (up to €100) bonus for you!

Have fun,
Keith :)

Update

I had to withdraw via bank transfer, which I'm not entirely delighted about (I don't like entering my IBAN and BIC numbers etc anywhere online).
It says my withdrawal is complete though and I'll receive the money within 3 to 5 working days.

We shall see what happens :)

Im sure you'll have the money in a few days, its the same in denmark only bank withdraws available for us its usually 1-2days depending on the time of day you withdraw.

But why cant you guys add nemkonto for withdraws its alot easier than having to manual enter my bank info everytime.

A small good thing is your the only none MG casino that actually added golden era, hope you will keep up with adding all new MG slots in the future as its a huge mix who gets what right now so annoying you cant choose 1 casino for netent/mg but having to play difference places, cause i cba having 48hrs+ pending on MG casinos but have too when u wanna try the new MG slots.

toTivolimatt

I deposited 100 euro and took the welcome bonus. I hit some good wins within the first 100 euro. Didn't touch my bonus money. Now my balance is 400 euro. Am I allowed to withdraw 300 euro and than the bonus amount of 100 euro will be canceled?

Bonus wagering not counting correct

Decided to play till I met the bonus wagering. It was very strange to see that the amount I need to wager was not counting correct. I took the test and I had 500 euro to wager. I played Twin Spin for 1 euro a spin and spinned 250 times. I expected the bonus amount dropped to 250 Euro but it only dropped 100 euro. Because of that I lost my 400 euro winnings because I had to wager it far more than I thougt. No more Tivoli for me. I have to say that I had nog lag with all the games I played, so thats a good thing!

Hi Tirilej,

We would love to have you on as a player - also if you win! :)

Withdrawing €1,000 now. Let's see what happens :eek2:

Ok. So the debit card I deposited with is not available to withdraw to.

Here we go *sigh*

Hi Valhalla,

First of all - congratulations!

Depending on where you are based you should/should not be able to withdraw to a Debit card. Feel free to send me your username in a PM and I can look into it for you! I understand the concern about entering bank details on any website but I can assure you that no harm will come to you from Tivoli! :)

Hi kazzi,

Thanks for this - great feedback!

I spoke to the guys in Denmark (I'm based in Malta :) ), and they told me that it was something they've been looking at but I'm not sure where in the process they are. Being Danish myself I know it would be a great addition to our Danish casino platform for all the players!

I am always willing to give the 'new guys' a try and hence am a member of LOTS of online casinos.

However I also a touch wary when slots do not contribute 100% to WR when most do.

I totally understand that one or two maybe reduced to 50% contribution due to variance / grinding WR etc but c'mon, from what I'm reading its more than that.

Far from a 'casino god' but in this day and age, competition etc I strongly feel if a casino strays from the 35xbonus and slots count 100%, then they are going to struggle in the long run :(

Can you send me your username in a PM please? I'd love to look into this for you! Sorry to hear you lost the winnings, lets see if we can turn that around! :)

I can't believe that since you have put all my favourite games amongst them who contributes NOTHING to bonus wagering.

How come other casinos can afford that but not you? No, I won't sign up.

Nothing is set in stone - as Keith and myself have proved already we are not scared to review our T&C if there is anything that we are able to improve. The current list is a LOT shorter than the original one, so I wouldn't rule anything out in terms of future updates. :)

Please do not pancik, If I can see the changes that have bought into effect than I am sure every one else can, You are here and thats the main thing, You do not need to jump threw fire rings just to go by a few people comments are commands, If that was the case they you be out of business before you started,

As long as you pay and not much waiting on withdraws (main thing), The rest is up to players if want bonus,

I my self love a bonus, no less than 75% and spins got come with that, Obvious there's going to be a few hick ups and people are in it, as I have seen, But over ten yers of gambling I have seen it all,

You are the only site that has been trying the best, his does not excuse the high wager and games not avalibe but nether the less I see if any one deposits with no bonus there be no trouble

Edit, had early beer, please say if wrong, If not go to betway for a chat

Ok, so my experience:

Signing up was straightforward. I made a €100 deposit but didn't take a deposit bonus because I like the freedom to play whatever I want and stop whenever I want.
Anyway, had a great time, peaked at €1300 and withdrew a nice round €1000.

The documentation request was very fair (copy of photo I.D and proof of address), which I sent away yesterday afternoon and appear to have been verified because my withdrawal is processed, although I haven't received an email back to confirm verification. But I don't mind because I've been paid quickly.

My only gripe has been my debit card not appearing on the list of withdrawal options, so I used bank transfer. Although I've been informed that this has been rectified if/when I withdraw again.

TivoliMatt has kept in constant communication with me here via PM, keeping me up to date while my account was verified and my withdrawal was processed.
All in all, I've had a very positive experience at Tivoli. And (especially) because of Matt's customer care I will continue to play there :)

Only happy to help, as I wrote to you in the PM - and thank you very much for the kind words! :)

What can happen when you enter a thread is that you miss a lot of important information, which is what I did in this one.

What is discussed and that made me complain is obviously only the welcome bonus:D
Sure, it's important that it's attractive to new customers, but it's not what decide if I will join a new casino or not.

A lot of games are excluded from wagering with this bonus, but that's just with this bonus. With Reload bonuses and other special offers these games are counted like any other game.
I also at the end found out that even later bonuses will have to be wagered 40x. That's not good but exaptable.

So sorry for any negativity from me

Just one thing. You don't have any information on your site where gamblers can turn to get help if they feel they need it.
I think that is a must have! It's not enough to send something if it's asked for. Noone would ask for it!

As you mention and as we spoke about in our private messages, only the welcome bonus package exclude some games from wagering - after that it is smooth sailing and all slots count towards wagering! :)

Regarding responsible gaming I got an answer and we are currently working on updating our website so each language skin of the website will mirror the UK version when it comes to responsible gaming. I don't have an exact time this will be updated, but rest assured that is in the pipeline!

I'm not sure if you are all able to see this Outdated URL (Invalid) due to IP targeting (you might be directed to another language), but on our UK site we include both websites, email address and phone numbers. Of course the details listed will match the language of the site you are on. So Swedish players will see details for Swedish responsible gaming sites, Norwegian will see Norwegian sites/details and so on. :)

If the link above isn't working, here it is: Outdated URL (Invalid)

No need to apologize for negativity - as long as it is constructive, and yours was! :)

Banking page available!

Good morning everyone! :)

We just launched a BANKING page on the site - so you can easily find the payment methods we offer, processing times and transactions fees (0%!) :)

From the website you can find it under "About Us" and then "Banking".

Outdated URL (Invalid)

What a great way to start the day! ;)

Minor annoyance -

I usually have to log in twice before I actually log in. I'll enter my details, click on [log in], and then the page refreshes back to the home page and I'm still not logged in.
I am using Google Chrome on a Mac, so perhaps that has something to do with it? It happens almost every time.

Anyway, it's not a huge deal. just a little bugbear.

Thumbs Up thus far

Playing in Euros...Deposited 40 euro this morning, been playing all day. Account sits at 550 at t he moment so wondering if it's peaked

Nice experience and there doesn't seem to be any trouble with withdrawing so I'll cash out 350 and play with the rest. A rather enjoyable experience thus far and it's great that they have a lot of the Microgaming slots I like to play.

T I V O L I backwards is all I need to say :)

Thank You

I don't know if it has been brought up yet in the thread, but is there anyone English that have given a thought of what the casinos name mean?
I thought it was the same all over the world before, until I mentioned it to an Irish guy and he had never heard the word :p

TIVOLI

The word carnival originates from the Italian city of Tivoli, but from the late 1700s began to use the name to refer to theme parks around Europe [1]. Best known from this period are the three Tivoli amusement parks in Paris, in 1843 inspired the name of the Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen (originally called the Copenhagen Tivoli and Vauxhall, then Kjøbenhavns Summer Tivoli and since 2004 only Tivoli).

You are Danish. I wanted someone English to reply :p

Don't mind me. I was obviously just a little bored :)

My mom was born and raised in Copenhagen so I am no stranger to the word Tivoli and Tivoli Gardens but I never knew the history or meaning of the word. Thanks

Hi Guys & Girls,

Look's like I am in for a fun baptism this time!

Some facts about our bonus; a decision was made in previous month to vary the wagering based on Location:

- Sweden, Norway and Finland: 50 times
- UK, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Ireland, Lichtenstein, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Australia, Switzerland: 60 times
- Rest of World: 80 times

This is something that we are reviewing currently and I can offer no promises at this stage that this will be changed, but it is on the table for discussion and I will update you all as things change.

Is that a typo? Shouldnt it be Rest of the World in 80 days instead?

Honestly,

I would travel elsewhere than tinkering the casino with this sort of WR.

Hi Chuchu59,

It wasn't a typo, at the time (when we started the Baptism) we had a wagering requirement on our welcome pack that varied by location, some players (well locations) had 80xWR.

We got some very firm and fast feedback so we changed the welcome pack (twice), with some terms changed or removed plus some changes like the fact all players now get a 40xWR no matter where you live!

Have a great night all :)
