UK players do not get a higher RTP, but they do have a higher Wagering Requirement than Scandinavian players. This is based on the risk assessment done by our risk and promotional teams based on historical data. However, as I have previously explained this is something that is on the table to review.

Yes, it's the worst of both worlds. High WR, you DON'T get your bonus in the balance up front to extend playtime (according to the terms!) until you've met this, yet your deposit seems to be tied to the WR from the start.

I was going to have a punt, but decided to put my cash to a use far more likely to gain me a profit than this EV - - - - - proposition....

To ensure fair play, there is a wagering requirement of 80 times* (80 times on payments via Neteller*) the value of your welcome bonus applied on the first deposit before the welcome bonus is released. There is a wagering requirement of 80 times* (80 times on payments via Neteller*) on the subsequent 2 deposit bonuses. Hereafter the bonus can freely be used for additional games or withdrawn.

This is from their T&C at this time. Maybe they will change it in some minutes. I don`t know but 80x WR is a no go. Well, if the bonus is a 10000% bonus, why not

To that end, seeing what my competitors offer, how they word their terms and then working out something to make the punters pick MY business over theirs would be a prerequisite.

It's like starting up a new restaurant 2 doors down from another and putting up a great big billboard screaming:

In fairness, Tivoli is 171 years old and a top 3 operator in Denamrk so this is not a new business. But the whole .com and outside of Denmark business is newER. I am also very new to the business, and I take your point but it was a simple mistake in how things were explained in the office.

I must also say we are taking your points very seriously, this is not just you Dunover but all of the excellent comments so far. You learn very little from positive feedback as you have already cracked it, today I have learnt a lot!

Watch this space regarding the wording of the T&Cs, not letting to many cats out of the bag when I say they will be updated. As for the WRs, I can assure you I can do my best and fight your corner to make them, in your words not ours, more player friendly!

And we will, I have been through this process two times before and both times we passed. I am getting feedback showing some big issues, but this is good feedback and we are reactive enough to make any changes needed. Obviously I can't come here and say we will do everything we are asked, we are a business after all!

My e-mail back to them was not very polite!

There are immenant changes to the terms, like every other company they need to go via a legal team and be translated to all languages but there are changes on the terms coming very soon, including the removal of the NetTeller term.

I am having a meeting today about the WR on our welcome pack also. So I will keep you all updated as soon as I have news that I can confirm to you!

I have just got off a call with the General Manager and Operations Manager in the Denmark HQ. It has been confirmed that this term will be removed, it will disappear from the site in the next few days when the content guys get to it, but from now and with immediate effect this term is null and void and will not be used.

I will pop back on and confirm to you when this has actually been deleted from the T&Cs, also to confirm this is not being re written but this is being removed.

UPDATE

Having just spoken again to the GM and Operations Manager I can confirm we will be making changes to the Welcome Bonus at Tivoli Casino.

The difference in wagering from country to country will be removed. We will announce the new bonus very shortly when all the technical and content changes are done, but this is immanent and is just a short number of days away. The wagering will be the same for all (and a hint, it won't be anywhere close to 80x any more)!

The Neteller term will also be removed, this has never been applied and should never have been in the terms and as soon as the content guys get to it, it goes!

I hope this shows how eager we are to get things right and take things to the next level at Tivoli Casino? We will always try to listen to and give our players what they want. So thank you guys and girls, the feedback is already going some way to make what we offer at Tivoli a whole lot better.
