I am not going to say we will retrospectively change bonuses, obviously any player who took that agreed to the terms at the time. But this is Casinomeister and I love you all, so on a case by case basis I can look at rewarding players as a thank you for taking a not so good bonus ;)

Great keith, I think tivoli's start at CM has been more than positive. I love a casino that listens to players. Good luck eith baptism n thnx for prompt replies

Update about my withdrawal of 125€.
I got a e-mail I had to retry because for some reason it was not finalized... Stalling tactics allready ? :p:D
So just now I logged in at at casino, found my balance at 125€ again and asked for payout again via skrill.
I got a text saying my withdrawal will be completed within 3 to 5 working days. :what: I hope to receive it sooner :p

Does this imply no weekend cashouts???
Bye the way is there no live chat or am I just to stupid to find it?

well made a withdrawal from old rules believe it or not. was very close to mega hit on doa twice but didnt quite get there. Still 550 from 25 deposit n 50 left in account isnt bad lol. main hits were 386 on doa frm 36p bet, aroun 290x on gonzo on 60p bet, 150x on JP

I just need to see how quick thy r with verification n withdrawals now.

Allow me to jump in and assist Keith a bit. :)

The 3-5 business days for processing is mainly for bank/wire transfers and withdrawals via credit/debit cards. In case you requested a withdrawal via Skrill the processing time should be around around 1 business day. So there is a very very good chance you will receive your winnings earlier! If you send me a PM with your username I will be more than happy to check the status of your withdrawal with our payments department.

At the moment we don't offer weekend cashouts, but this is something I will definitely keep in mind for the future!
Regarding chat I am aware that we are currently looking at different chat providers but at this point in time I am not able to give a definite answer about where we will go with this. :)

Like Keith already mentioned the feedback you guys and girls provide is really good - anything we can do to improve your experience, we will definitely look into! Maybe a future partnership with Domino's is a good idea ;)

Couple of Suggestions

I too managed to make a cash in :).. I didn't get a bonus on my 1st deposit, maybe because I opened the account a few months ago? never mind as I had some good luck (Also had a near mega hit on DOA, my 3rd this week). The reverse period is too long at 48 hours imo. Regarding the website - the English needs correcting as slots are listed as "3 barrel" or "5 barrrel" which should of course be "reels". I also think the navigation is bad, when I close a game I get sent to the lobby. When in the lobby I then have to click on slots then click again to list by A-Z. The button on a game should just close the window, maybe I missed something but little things like that can get very annoying when you've made dozens of unnecessary clicks. I'd also like to be able to filter by provider.

Wow I missed this BBF and they take U.K players, But please why why why do casinos keep giving sign up spins on sh$tburst? Unless its a quid a £1 spin its just not worth it, In fact I have told my self that any casino that offer theses as a sign up than not to touch, Im sick of the sight of the game, Every casino you go to its in bang in yor face.

yeah here is an example from 10fs for 70points i got from vj and by betting low amounts i took it up to 50 with 15p bets, it wont give u 1000x but it will always keep u going, best game to grind wagering out. Still i think its better to have 50 spins on starburst (£5) than 10 fs on reel rush (£5). My last pound always goes on starburst, so many times it has taken me back up from there. But here we can agree to disagree on this

I take it you read my issues in the Tivoli rep's thread? I found that every time you change game it logs you out, plus depositing issues.
 
Was thinking of joining but can see the opening offer t&c is still 60xs play through which is insane. Will wait to see if they adjust this down to something which could give even a remote or fair chance at getting ahead. On side note been to Tivoli Gardens many many times. Love the place better so in winter as its much quieter no ques for the rides. Was in there last December in fact :cool:
 
im impressed with the reps i must say, listening to customers is something most casinos dont seem to grasp so props, i look forward to seeing your welcome bonus im hoping under 50x, in which case ill make a healthy deposit due to the reasons in my opening line, keep it up tivoli.
 
After how responsive and awesome the reps have been on here I am going to give Tivoli a try :D. any idea when the revised welcome offer will be the on the site? or should I just try with the current one.
 
Update 2

Just to keep you all in the loop on some changes we have agreed to make (largely based on the feedback here on Casinomeister).

We are on target to launch our revised welcome pack on Thursday this week, this is slightly fluid dependant on the tech and marketing teams but we should be good to go on Thursday. We will also be amending some T&Cs this week too yet again based on suggestions by Bryan and KK for example. I am glad you can see that we take all criticism in a positive way and listen to it all, acting on as much of it as possible.

Replies from myself have been slightly slower as I am on "holiday" back "home" I'm the UK, but I am back on my sunny little rock (Malta) in just a few days, normal service shall be resumed but Tivoli Matt is more than capable in my absence!

I noticed you got a few replies already but I thought that I would give my personal input as well. :)
Starburst is consistently one of the most played games across the networks, which I think is the reason many (most?) casinos' give free spins on it. It is a game where you have great chances of winning - maybe not huge prizes but you are almost sure of winning something, which can enable you to continue playing. I think many new casino players really appreciate this as they have a chance to try other games offered by the casino after winning on Starburst. :)

If there would be anything that is NEEDED - It would be the ability to search for Slots. The layout is not very friendly as it stands.

In any event, thanks for reviewing the Current Terms / Structure and responding to queries quickly. I'm sure that eventually, it should be on par with what the membership here expect.

I hope it is ok that I continue this here instead of the "Hello hello" thread. :)

This morning I created 3 new test accounts and tested them in both Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Internet Explorer in relation to the log in issue you mentioned. I am not sure if it might be an IP issue but I was able to change games without any problems and go back and forwards to the lobby while still being logged in. Can I ask what browser you used?

When it comes to the deposit issue you experienced I spoke to our technical department and the reason you experienced the error was because a code in our system got stuck, which has nothing to do with you or anything you did on the site. It looks like the error was random without any specific trigger. I have asked the technical team to look into this to prevent future similar issues.

Great stuff, I was waiting to hear about its the most populer game :) And my guess the reason being is thats where most free games are given, I rekon 90% of play time is from free spins and carry on playing with the few pence they won, Other few % is where people are playing to 0 out, & the last few % well I guess they having to many :drink: :)

On a serious note low I will nether change my opinion of the game, I remember when I was compensated once with 100 free spins at £1 a play, did not even break the £100 barrier,Also the time I was shafted when it stalled on my last free spin with 3 wilds, I was giving a few chips but I still think I was done in by that and nether forgot about it, I guess its better than being given so many spins on a different machine to realise only a few pay lines are active,

Hold tight for just a day or maybe two day more. Since the feedback on this thread there has been what we would certainly call all a significant re write of out T&Cs, as well as changing to the welcome bonus.

We hope to announce this (here at Casinomeister first), tomorrow or at latest Friday. Hopefully you will all see real changes largely based around your feedback here, all of you.

Are I see no 40x in U.K terms only 60x with nettler, Maybe there change by county's and yet to see it here or unless they put extra playthre on U.K which is rarly seen but have come across it
 
Update 3

Just to let you guys & girls know we have today submitted our new T&Cs to the MGA (formerly LGA) for approval.

We have also submitted to them details of our new Welcome Bonus, we should get approval hopefully later today so we can announce the new Welcome Bonus and ask you all to check our new T&Cs!

Be lucky (just not too lucky at Tivoli please)...

Welcome Bonus T&C’s:

a. All markets now have a 50x wagering requirement on all three Welcome Bonuses.

b. All qualifying markets have a 60x wagering requirement on Free Spins in relation to Welcome Bonus i.e. the ‘Up To 171 Free Spins’ offer.

c. We have removed all ‘double wagering requirements for ewallet deposits’.

Yes this is very much in our plans, we have a "development roadmap" and multi currency is one of the higher priority developments we are aware we need (along with the search function, and amongst some other stuff).

I cannot give an exact time either of these things happen but they are both being worked on and they will happen, hopefully soon!
