Bonus Complaint Titan Terms and Conditions

I really dont understand. If the balance is stated as 'withdrawable' then it should be, no question about it. Talk about it still being attached to unfinished WRs is laughable especially when you have a playthru counter. If you feel that this is the fault of the system, fix it with RTG and dont let players be fooled.

The same thing happened to me at Buzzluck several months ago. I am pretty sure I was way off the WRs when I hit more than $250 on my last spin. I went to the cashier and found that the balance was withdrawable. I withdrew and it was approved right away.

I am wondering what would happen if the player deposits without a bonus with a say $0.50 remaining. He bets $0.25 per spin and strikes gold on his first spin. Will he be required to finish the original WRs? What if the player tries to redeem a coupon. Will it be denied because there are hidden WRs lingering? Sorry if this has been answered before but I really want to know.

Gripe Day For Me

Guys I have to ask you something and see if it is my imagination or if it really happens. First, I am not "accusing" but it is strange. Last night I decided to play at Titan...I have played there several times. I took a bonus and of course the playthrough with my bonus was over $2k. Anyway, during the time of the playthrough the game was playing great, going into spins...going up and down but always going back up. I finally looked and my playthrough requirement was down to a little over $300 and I had $359 (or something close to that) left. I thought, well it may not be a big cash out but hopefully it will be a cash out. THEN.....it literally DIED!!! No funeral, no memorial service, so songs...just sudden death!!! I could not get it to do anything, and of course by the time the playthrough was done, and I knew the bonus was non-cashable, I knew my cash in might have been $50 if I were lucky, so I played it off.

I know...some people don't take bonuses and I understand that. I have not taken bonuses before and it sucks it dry within minutes. So...my question is...Is this coincidental or is there more to it??? If anyone knows for certain (not bashing the casino or anything) please let me know. I have done the same thing with Inetbet and I have NEVER won anything with them...NEVER...nor has the play been good at all. However, for others, they rave about it...so again I am not bashing...I am just confused. Anyone??

Yep, happened just this weekend only it was my money no bonus. Made my deposit, played @ 50-60 cents per spin. Pretty soon up to over $200. Since this casino doesn't cash on weekends kept playing. Monday morning still had $150. Never upped bet just stayed playing the same. Never hit another bonus round no matter what game. Should have cashed out but just said F it and kept on.

Looked like the switch had been pulled. :D

They started off as a really nice casino. I haven't played there since last year and won't.
there not nice for long

yes titan casino is a horrible casino i wouldnt recommend it to anybody there terms ad conditions are horrible, limited withdraws and i was a vip player there so my limit withdraw was higher than the ten per month your normally allowed mine was 14000 so i with drew 9500 and had given them all my documents its all good right wrong. my limit was 14000 so i tried to take out another 4500 then came back and said well we need more info about me they wanted 6 months of my personal bank statements .i said no ,never got the money . Titan casino will try to do everything in there power not to pay you or make it a hassle .who ever watches over titan casino must be as corrupt as they are

well i played at titan casino and with all there bonus money they gave me around 22000 dollars i not once ever meet the wagering requirements to take any money out is that bad or is that bad .im done with them

I'd like to note that this issue does not affect me, but I received an email from Titan, and followed a link to the terms and conditions.

So, fulfilling all the wagering on a bonus and then asking for a withdrawal is bonus abuse and you can have your winnings confiscated!!!:what:

It's difficult enough to complete a bonus, the bonus funds are removed on cashout, but to obligate players to play on after achieving playthrough is just wrong IMO.

If the casino would like to withdraw further promotional offers from a player, that is their perogative, but to deny legitimate winnings because a player did not play on is reprehensible.

Please note that this is in the general terms and conditions, in paragraphs 54 and 55. I obviously missed it when joining Casino Titan, or it is a new addition.

Their email was headed We Miss You... well they can keep on missing me.

lol titan casino has it set up so basically they can use any reason not to pay you if they dont want to and theres nothing you can do about it

I'm glad this thread got bumped.

Purple Lounge got removed from the CM accredited list for quite similar terms. Titan saying they don't use it 99 percent of the time is not good enough for me. If you don't use it, don't have the term.

CM members overwhelmingly voted that confiscating winnings for requesting a withdrawal before wagering was met (and please note that Titan feels entitled to confiscate your DEPOSIT as well) was reason to remove them from the accredited list.

That they have not confiscated the winnings and deposit of a CM member and had a PAB filed is no reason to allow a casino with such a term to remain accredited.

I'm not calling Titan a rogue, but that term is. I'm sure Titan can come up with something acceptable, but they have had ample opportunity to do so, and yet have not.

I will say again "Withdrawal before wagering is complete is not permitted" should be all the "protection" they require.

If Titan does not see its way to changing this term, then IMO they do not belong on the accredited list here.

Agreed.
