Customers are what makes a casino great and I think casinos forget that.....One certain casino I play been with years VIP etc

I think many of us has joined a casinos for there reputable reputation etc. When they treat you well and show your appreciated as a customer, wins you over offer you things with out asking But for the same reason you joined the casino those benefits then slowly are taken away, customer service has changed for the worst and soon you don't feel its the same casino but continue to be loyal because for me been with them a long time and invested a lot.

Today after sending a email finding my percentage of play lately been 66% no cash outs in over a year but honestly could of a few times but really playing at this casino the wins and play time really suck have been so below average compared to my play at multi platform casinos.

For other reasons as well I think this casino is still moving backwards and I truly do believe they have forgot what made there casino so profitable and popular in the first place is the customers, customers are what makes your business and truly I think they have forgot that and that is truly sad but there are other casinos that make me fell more of VIP been though I'm not, than being a VIP at this Microgamming casino.

This is not about loosing or winning its just I feel this casino is just about greed and have forgot that there customers are just as important as the money but they do have a fantastic rep.

Agree deepsky, sadly i might add.

I went through this routine a few times in my online gaming "life". You can write a plan down on how MG casinos develop:

NEW - very generous, forthcoming with comps, fast payouts 24/7 etc.etc...
ESTABLISHED - start of consolidation phase, meaning that the offers, support & services flatten. withdrawals need to be flushed to get a fast payout
HAVE BECOME A BIG OUTFIT - service is reduced, payouts slowing and not 24/7, pending periods, extra comps are becoming rare

My history is:

- Casino Rewards Group - joined 1997
- The Palace Group - joined 1999
- Fortune Lounge Group - joined 2000
- 32RED Group - joined 2011

The above described experience repeated itself to a "tee" at each group

I can't care less any further, this year only 24/7/365 fast paying casinos who treat me according to my deposit level will get my loyalty. Anything else might see a small deposit once in 3 months.

Thank you

With some the casinos you listed, If I was a new player and seen there recent reviews on Casinomeister with all the complaints I would of stayed cleared of them but looks like these casino care less in what we have to say or about there ratings going down.

You have a point, but don’t forget that every company starts with an investment and advertisement, and then they want to see some profit. So it is natural to give their best at the beginning when loses are expected, and tighten things later when results are expected. You can be sure all those new multiplatform flash casinos will get tighter with bonuses and payments in the way.

There are other things to consider. The financial crisis and the regulation of the market reduced casinos client base and profits since now more and more governments want a – big – piece of it.

I have had problems myself lately at a well established casino on that list. ;)
My experiences mirror what other members are saying: they are generous towards the beginning but later they are less generous.

A business strategy maybe. Unsure I am.

Sometimes it is sad.... One year ago i was a Club Rouge member at 32Red, and now i don't even get a free spin on my birthday.... :) But yeah... I still like the old lobby, but just can't believe that MG never was interested in updating/refreshing the download client, it must be a clear goal for them to get rid of it completely.

On the other hand, you'd think in the current climate with their competition offering a much more entertaining play experience (in my opinion) and a variety of games and new initiatives, they would go out of their way to keep good customers. I gave up a few months ago and now only make little deposits here and there to try my luck. I certainly dont feel connected to these casinos anymore despite being a long time VIP customer at one. WJ and GW still appear to be trying to connect to their customers and probably deserve a deposit from me a bit more often. Apart from tha,t im happy to leave these casinos in the past and would be happy to never see that lobby again.
