Simple three scatter trigger playing the new Tiger Kingdom Infinity Reels game by Relax Gaming at Videoslots just now and the bonus did not trigger.

Live Chat said it's a browser issue and to clear my cookies and cache. I followed their link, which states my browser is out of date. However, after live chat, I went to update to find my browser is the latest version :)

Besides, even if it was a problem with my browser, the game should be unplayable, right? Not playable, but unable to trigger a bonus.

Anybody else had the same happen with the game? It's a new release, so I am wondering if there is a general bug, if it picked on me, or if I am going mad.

Hopefully, somebody looks into it and can provide an explanation because I know the 20,000x max win I've been after for a few years is due any day now :p

OK, please forgive me because I'm almost certain that you are very experienced and know this BUT you do know that all of the bonus symbols need to leave the screen on the left for the bonus to trigger correct?

Hey, don't apologise, rather embarrassingly, I did not know that.

Played it in demo and thought landing the three scatters is enough to trigger, as it is with other Infinity Reels.

So landing three is not enough and you have to continue to land other symbols to remove them from view?

I couldn't see anything mentioning that in the rules. Just says 'collecting three or more bonus symbols will trigger the feature'.

Thanks for setting me straight, I will try in demo mode just for my own sanity, much appreciated

Totally got this one wrong, symbols only pay once collected and the same for bonus trigger as you said @helafast

Knew the symbols had to be collected during the bonus but assumed the base game was the same as the others - a clear example of making an ass by assumption.

@Team.Videoslots you may wish to retract my request via live chat yesterday to check the game round on this game.

My apologies for the mix-up :)

Glad you got it sorted mate, however do have to post that this is truly an awful game mechanic then, making players genuinely believe they have a bonus only to be disappointed.

Bloody hard enough these days to bonus any slot, never mind this sort of false hope BS!
Jep and after reading this thread i tried it for fun
Bought 20 bonuses only 1 paid over the 100 x it cost to buy it paid 120x
Paid from 2x up to 30x the other 19 so dont cheer to much when you trigger the bonus 🙂

Don't feel too bad, lad.
I had a glance at a few online reviews to help out and check exactly how the bonus triggers, and the particular ones i read never explained it this way. So I failed too.

I wouldn’t feel bad. It’s a new mechanic to most of us so I’m not surprised there is confusion. Kinda similar to when I played Money Cart 2 for the first time…

Thanks for the kind words to alleviate my sense of stupidity :) It's only since Hela pointed it out, that I realised the base game doesn't pay until symbols have left the reels for collection also. I had assumed it was only the bonus that worked that way.

Yes, a new mechanic that flew over my head for understanding, and I had read the rules and done my own review lol

You live and learn.

i played Fire in the hole and hated the mechanics where items blow up but you don't get anything from it...confusing as hell and not fun so i won't be playing that one again. I'll be avoiding Tiger Kingdom as well based on the information here.

Funnily enough, just had a tickle on Fire In The Hole and was thinking the same - the game is all bang and no buck.

Lots of explosions and symbols cascading but the high-paying blockers on the second reel are too common. Lots of explosions and wild mining but it rarely connects. Having said that, when they do, if you have a multiplier you can score some decent hits. I know a few who play it and have had some success. While its too obvious a dud, it's still one of the more playable games in recent times from NLC.

Fire in the Hole is actually one of the few NLC games I’ll still play regularly. I find that it has a good base game and is not impossible to trigger a three scatter bonus.

As for that True Grit Redemption steaming pile of shit, we played it last night for maybe the third time ever and got a three scatter bonus on the first spin. Like woohoo! right? No. Watched 8 free spins turn our 20p bet into a whopping….wait for it….are you sitting down?….massive….57p. Any game that has an exceptionally hard bonus to trigger should have a moral minimum return. Steaming pile of shit.
