Kudos to Leo Vegas. CS rep gave me 10 free spins on Starburst just for completing KYC. Didn't amount to anything but that doesn't matter. It's the little things that count and can make all the difference. If your Customer Service is always that good I think I will be using you often from here on in.

I think that's the first time I've ever been given anything just for doing something I'll have to do eventually anyway!

Leo vegas is a decent outfit and I certainly agree a little something goes along way in this day and age

That's why I'd rate them as my personal number one. They may not be the loudest or flashiest outfit but I have yet to encounter any problems in regards to their customer service. Always friendly, always helpful.

But the bastards never gave me free spins for my KYC so now they're off my Christmas card list for sure

Yeap, i've read nice review about LeoVegas :)

But if you have time Captain....could you tell me if they have any comp point system or any Loyalty Program for Slots or Table customers?

All I have been able to see is a VIP levelling system which appears to move up the more you play. The VIP system puts you in contention for various prizes in monthly draws, depending on your VIP level.

I'd say that the biggest draw is really their bonus system whereby you can still make a withdrawal even if you haven't met wagering requirements PROVIDED you haven't used any or the bonus funds at any point. If you do use any bonus funds or wish to play on to release it anyway it's 35x Bonus. I really like the fact that their bonuses allow you the ability to withdraw early (albeit with the loss of the bonus money) if you hit big early by letting you use your own money first. I know they aren't the only casino that operate their bonuses this way as well. I think BetAt do this as well? Along with a couple of others. It's a good system IMO that I hope more casinos take up.

Betat recently changed, You can still take out but wager does not count now untill you hit into the bonus, Like before it counted as soon as you made your first spin, Verajhon has the same method as does Drvegas, There is a few others but not of the top of my head

Thanks Captain! :)

After checking the Site, you're right....this Bonus system sounds amazing! Hopefully more Casino will adopt this strategy

The one big plus for me is that they do not put a time limit for the wagering of a bonus. You can play in small chunks without feeling the need to increase your bets to make the wagering within a certain time period..Some people are restricted in the amount of time they spend on online gambling and it seems more and more casinos nowadays are putting arbitrary time limits for playing through a bonus.

We'll see how fast they pay but I do like this casino. I had to cash out my winnings today in order to take advantage of their 200% bonus. I had won $150 on their free money thanks to Queen of Riches. I also cashed out $120 and my deposit on VSO from Queen of Riches as I have a bad feeling it is going to go downhill on their machines. When you have a 2-10 record at VSO and you can withdraw, you do it.

I'm a fan! You are right though Brian. Had 2 cashouts and it's been downhill ever since. I still love this casino -- amazing customer service support and they give you free spins every once in a while. Absolutely no complaints.

Yeah, my Slots Million run through most of May went from up $194 to down $75 to up $140 to Brooklyn. I didn't want to go through with it again with these profits, Barbara.

Brooklyn is what letsgiveitaspin calls going bust, by the way.
