Apart from saying hi to Jane Bentley and getting the usuall 25 she also asked us if we want to accept her challenge at Blackjack for a mini game.Basically if we get better hand than her we win an additional 25 or 50 if we get BJ.We accepted of course the challenge in a blink of an eye and went on....We won :D and she was kind enough to stand on a soft 15 ;). :thumbsup: Credits for Intercasino .

To hell with this.

I've been waiting a week for a "withdrawal processed" email after receiving the "withdrawal received" one eight days ago from Inter UK. Still no sign, so I called them. Apparently, they've been very busy (poor dears) and I might expect to see evidence of movement THE WEEK AFTER NEXT. Other Cryptos at which I cashed out this month processed and sent everything within 24 hours.

Abysmal service from Inter UK. I've never seen a Crypto dragging its feet like this before.

Jane Bentley: get yourself off the beach and process your customers' withdrawals. This proffered time scale is ridiculous, and your're not so busy or out of the office to not be able to hand out free chips on the casino floor. Apparently you can't extend the same level of service to customers who dare to cash out.
 
Based on my experience after 2 years of playing at cryptologic casinos i have to say that their cash out option via cheque isn't as fast as it used to be.I have the same experience with all the cryptologic casinos I patronize.For some reason cheques are a bit delayed nowadays.Instead of 4-5 business days now it takes 8-9 business days to receive them.

Did that yesterday moreorless when I posted the above comments. I'll resend it - no reply as yet.
 
Some confusion here - I got an Email from Ryan from Inter US.

Ryan, this regards Inter UK (GB pound version), for which I don't believe you work, and the malfunctioning of which I don't hold you at all responsible for. :)

Are you the guy who joined the table with 25 and has the black man pic? I think I saw you :D

I saw both Jane and Ryan at christmas but damn tables they were full :cool:

OK, cheque arrived. I don't understand why the usual Ecash Direct confirmatory email wasn't sent, which is why I was bothered, since I received the "withdrawal received" one. In fact, the cheque is dated 4th January, so additionally, why the CSR I spoke to two days ago didn't tell me it had already been taken care of, rather than saying it should be done by next week, is also a mystery. Seems like a communication breakdown somewhere.

Anyway - sorted.
