I have been reading this forum for a long time, and while it is a great source to track some of the more problematic online gaming sites - I want to take this opportunity to write about a very positive experience I had with an online casino site.
I have to tell you that the bulk of my gaming online is usually restricted to poker - but once in a while I like to dabble in on online casino as well. I did that this last weekend - on Riverbelle - run by Bellerock gaming.
I had been a very regular customer of Bellerock when they had their poker sites - mainly the The Gaming Club - however Bellerock no longer operates their poker sites. But I got the itch to play in the Riverbelle casino there again after quite a long absence.
Well, I did get lucky - and made a good sized hit on one of the slot machines.
When I went to cash out I found that I could not by my usual means (Instadebit - I live in Canada), and since I made my last deposit on a VISA card the only withdrawal method was by couriered cheque.
I have never withdrawn from an online site by cheque before - the e-wallets are much too efficient and was a little afraid of when the cheque might arrive.
I made my cashout request on July 6 - a Sunday and I couldnt believe it when the Fedex truck rolled up on July 9 with the cheque drawn on a Canadian bank in tow.
WOW - three days for a cheque withdrawal. Thats certainly much faster than most instances I have heard from other players.
BELLEROCK - you rock ! - even when I was a regular poker customer of yours - your customer service was superior - and in this case doubly so!!
When I hear of all the negative instances people write about on this board about their online gaming experiences - I just thought it would be refreshing to focus on the positive for a change.
