I am so disappointed with the service from this casino.

I emailed the rep here two days ago, and have not heard a word even though they were online (I checked).

I made a withdrawal on the 6th (Tuesday) and here it is Saturday and still no money or reply.

I talked with live chat yesterday (Friday) and they invoked the 5 day rule saying I won't be paid till sometime next week since accounting is closed on weekends. Well..I think this is truly poor management and a stall to hold funds longer than necessary...I mean..lets figure this out..

Tuesday withdrawal= 24 hour hold
Wednesday released for processing (saw this in the casino window)...then Thursday, then Friday..but OOPS...live chat says, hey lets just use the 5 day rule so it can run into next week since the withdrawal has only been holding for 4 days...we still have one more day we can hold it for as per their website..

What really irks me is that just becasue casinos do not process withdrawal funds during weekends, why should a player be penalized for this..I feel if they cannot process withdrawals 24/7, they need to close the doors during the "off" times..and not allow any depostis becasue accounting is not there so who is watching the store on the weekends??

Yes, I knew about the 2-5 day processing, but never expected to be held off for over 5 days..which would be Monday...(7 actually if weekend is included which they claim to be exempt from). But will I get it Monday? Who knows now...If I would have known this before depositing, I know for a fact I would not have deposited..they have never pulled this rule on me before so what's different now? I always got my funds within 72 hours or less...are they having issues..?

Anyway, this truly sux since everyone claims this is one of the best Rivals around, they might be falling off the wagon IMO..and losing that nice distinction of being the best..in my book..

Especially with the no response from the rep here on this board for 2 days..even though he was here.

B***ing and moaning over...

It should probably get processed on Monday and accounting doesn't work on weekends. I apologize if I didn't get back to you right away but my inbox is never a pretty thing and I do my best to keep on top of it. Yes I was online because I was following the apcw video and the drama happening at cap and this affects me significantly. I did get the email yesterday but please keep in mind that I do 12 hour + days and many weekends too. When I take time off I still have my phone and computer with me. Our processor isn't the greatest but I don't think we are the worst either. There are about 9 casinos using the same processor so with all those players it's tough to have the best system. Trust me I have made requests the past year to improve things but I don't run accounting.

Regarding processing, depositing is all automatic but cashins are all manually reviewed and approved. I believe in the next few months we'll have a few features in place to help the accounting department speed things up.

In the meantime I have added some bonuses to your account to try to make up for it.

I never thought that you are the worst casino otherwise I wouldn't play there, just that I am very disappointed int the lag time it is taking for the processing.

I also did not post this to fish for any bonuses because I do not like them. But thank you for the gesture as I know you meant well but it will sit there till my withdrawal is processed because I am always afraid to play at any casino with my money, or the casinos while I have a "pending" withdrawal to keep the confusion down.

Hopefully the management will be smart enough to listen to you.

Why? Why isn't non bonus winnings automatically paid? Why are they not pushed through to the head of the line? Why must the withdrawals without a bonus be reviewed? That makes no sense at all unless maybe it is up in the thousands and those could be flagged for review..but the small amount most of us withdraw without taking a bonus shouldn't need any manual scrutiny..these withdrawals should be pushed to the head of the line to unclog the system and make it speedier for others..

As I said, just B***ing and moaning cause I haven't been able to play at your casino going on 7 days (as of this coming Monday). I know I am not the only one that will not play until a withdrawal clears either so you should let the powers to be know how much they are losing in the long run by this kind of system and that might make them rethink the sytem IMO...

Thanks for the response, I guess I will just sit tight till Monday...and hopefully it will show up then and I can come back to play again.

Silc, John will see to it that you are taken care of in a professional manner, he is absolutely one of the best there is out there and I can personally vouch for him on this aspect of his service to the forum members here...

I too have bitched and moaned about a few different things regarding Rival Casinos in the past but John has always saw to it that I was looked after and taken care of in an expedient and professional manner and he has never let me down. With John working at Rival their only option will be to get better and better over time, John has already improved many different models that they had in place in the past and he will see to it that others continuously improve in the future !

{Disclaimer} This Was Not a paid for announcement...:D

I can understand if accounting or for that matter the processors handle withdrawals on certain days of the week but rigidly sticking to the 5-day rule as the norm is certainly a stalling tactic. Nothing against you or TIV John, but there are many Rivals doing this. So if you initiate a withdrawal on a Monday, you get it the next Monday at the earliest. This becomes worse if they are other public holidays in between.

From what I know, all Rivals have still pay when the mandatory 5-day period is over so my guess is that the casinos want you to reverse it. It's simple. You just have to ask live chat and they will do it for you. There is no reason why funds are not processed after the 24-hour pending period. Things have taken a nosedive for several Rivals in the past couple of months. Previously, despite stating the 2-5 day rule in the banking section, the money was always in my account 24 hours after the pending period making this 2 days. Now, when I enquire the whereabouts after 3 days, I am told that they have a right to send it on the 5th day as per the terms and conditions. Go figure.

I agree. As I stated, I used to get mine in less than 72 hours and this came as a surprise...this invoking the 5 day rule during live chat..

Live and learn..never get comfortable with anything going smoothly because the train wreck is right around the corner and will blindside you...

Silc,

I had the same problem with Absolute Slots. One withdrawal took so long I reversed it and lost it of course. The next one was paid in 2 days. The last one took 5 days. It really sucks.

Slotocash is the only one that still pays within 2 days (I am assuming since I haven't had a cashout in a while but my last one was paid within hrs.).

This is at odds with TIV, who says it is simply down to the demand on the system. The 2-5 days is supposed to be an estimate, giving flexibility to cater for fluctuating levels of demand. Surely this was never intended to be used as a stall tactic by deliberately hanging back while the clock ticks to 5 days before letting it go, which is what seems to be what you were told (or is this simply CS wording things very badly, so that the explanation makes it look deliberate).

Just to clarify this isnt TIV I am talking about. I havent played there in ages lol. Whether this is actually due to the demand on the system or otherwise remain to be seen. Nevertheless, if the capacity for handling withdrawal requests is low, we can expect that a 5-day withdrawal period will become the norm.

Maybe, but as the tale of Rival has unfolded, it seems to be a case of one casino with many skins, bar the one oddity, SlotoCash, and now a couple of new additions that claim true independence of the central ownership.

If 5 days becomes the norm, or new minimum, they may then want to update the terms to give back the flexibility they had earlier, and have something like "takes 5 - 8 days" instead of "takes 2 - 5 days". They could then stretch the pending period even further, with 8 days being just enough perhaps to snare TWO consecutive weekends into the delay.

Well acutally if you write Slotocash to flush your account the money will be in your moneybookers account (for example) in the next few hours. I had luckily some bigger withdrawals (700 and 900$) and received them quickly. BUT!! You have to ask for a flush.
Kinda very up to date withdrawal-politic. (no, this isn`t ass-kissing!)
