Money vanished from my ojo without even bothering to attempt to WD. 1100 of it.. never deposited b4. Cs email was useless as usual regarding something else entirely (verifying if i already had an account) so no intentions to deposit for the foreseeable future either.

They emailed me saying 'sorry there was a spanner in the works' or something. We've reversed your money, if you wish to get intouch with us to touch base' etc.. a very generic email. no reasons or anything.

(i mean, we knew it may happen, but i thought theyd have been a bit more , explanatory about it or, sorry - our mess up, etc.)

Thought id speak to live chat see what they say, they admit there 'was a system error' and that is why the balance was removed.
Asked where in their t&c's this is covered and was just given a generic, its under our t&c's.. we can give you some free spins as a goodwill gesture.. etc.

I would be asking exactly where. The spins were live for a long time, support were aware of them as I know at least a couple of people spoke to them, so could have removed them straight away if they wanted to.

Im sure someone somewhere in the last couple of pages has posted the specific section regarding wrong rewards or free spins etc being given and money being voided.

Like others yeah it would have been nice had the withdrawal gone through, but we kinda knew this was going to be the outcome. Not sure theres much that can be done now anyway, so

I wonder if you made a mistake and hit the max bet button a couple of times, then went to support and asked for your money back, if you would get it the same as when they make a mistake, you have to pay them back. I glanced at the terms the other night when it happened and couldn't actually see anything they could use to not pay (when I say glanced, I do mean that, I didn't study them), which is why I was wondering what support had said.
 
I did email them earlier to clarify their terms etc relating to the reasons for voiding balances/withdrawals. No reply as yet. Not that it would make any difference now, but out of curiosity etc.

Kinda knew this is what would happen, even though i hoped otherwise :laugh:

I didn't even play on Ojo but I did on DrueckGlueck instead. They have wagering. I completed the insane wagering this morning and was left with 4500. Would've been my biggest withdrawal ever, had I attempted it. I didn't since I knew they won't pay out. I was planning to raise my vip level and earn cashback over the weekend as I'm at work but now when I checked, my balance was a flat zero. No email from the casino or anything else.

Can't say I didn't expect it but still fairly disappointed in the way they handled it. It's worth noting some casino groups also do mistakes like these, but they pay those mistakes out. These are the groups I'd consider good. Not that I played much at Skill on Net in the first place but now might as well take my money elsewhere permanently.
 
I wont turn down a few free spins personally from any site, but i got them simply cause i was talking to live chat about the cancelled withdrawal - so wasn't going to say no (even if a few spins compared to what we made previously is a bit rubbish :laugh:)

They gave spins like these out 6 months ago, and I got a cash out that time (from 100 ÂŁ1 bod spins) - so they have processed withdrawals from a mistake like this before. I guess this time was either too much or they weren't willing to do so. I admit it was poorly handled and at least could have dealt with it a little better than just removing balances and withdrawals.

Would have been nice, but wasn't to be. I didn't have the money in my ojo balance before the spins, and i still don't now , so no big deal.

I've never had any offers that other UK players have received so I closed my account. I don't like how these offers can't be made to all players, if they are already customers and were in the same country. Cherry picking.
 
Bwin casino runs a coin flip everyday where you can win cash or spins without wagering. There are deposit spins but you are free to ignore them.
