Got SMS/text from Mrgreen saying I have 25 Free Spins on Double Stacks @0.5£ each but nothing when booting the game pc or mobile nothing

Talked to live and the spins have been delayed for some time, didn't get how long just that i should try later.

Edit 2 min later they arrived lol and won 25£ from them

having issues with CS there for a good while now and they getting on my nerves. I've turned off SMS cause they send it in Finnish ( I am Finnish resident but dont speak Finnish).

Last week I had the same problem at LeoVegas.

I contacted CS and apparently, when you claim a bonus at LeoVegas, that bonus isn't automatically reset/removed when your balance reaches 0 before meeting the wagering requirements.
(This is new to me, never had any problems with old bonuses still active in my account after balance reached 0 and I've been playing at LeoVegas for at least 5 years)
CS had to remove a lot of old bonuses from my account before I was able to see the progress bar for the current bonus. To prevent this from happening in the future I was told to check with CS after a bonus is claimed and busted out so they can reset an account manually and/or remove bonus from account.
