just to add to this, go to sports.willhill and > then promos. scroll all the way to the bottom and there should be 1 free bonus to use on red card scratchcard which is somewhat skill based (in a sense you can chose when to quit) so wagering was relatively easy and i got like $8 out of it. For some reason it only shows on mobile site and i couldnt find that promo when i was using my pc

Is all the terms thqt seem to be available. I definately don't recall opting in. Wouldn't suprise me if the CS agent was just guessing with that answer regarding opt in.
