requested a withdrawal, but the twats have made it reverseable till 23:00 on October 1st?!

Sent back email stating this, never heard anything back.

Checked account this afternoon and withdrawal still pending.

Opened live chat up and had to write a declaration that card was no longer in use and photo it and email them it.
I had to reverse withdrawal and chat host asked verification to take the money from account so i could deposit with new debit card ( I had done it as a bank transfer) deposited and then they added money back so i could withdraw it again
