I took the time to contact help and not just for the spins but why they was not there, What did they want?/ Screen bloody shots, I am just going to open a blood sample shop and any one that wants to gamble better get there blood took as no match no play

But nothing as usual at leovegas not sure what is wrong despite vip level 31 and in periods been very active with big deposits and loses i get nothing anymore never any free spins. Another moan i know we can't expect to always get but i surely miss the good old days where every time a new net entertainment slot came out we would only moan if we had not at least got 10 spins. I had those free spins at Guts yesterday and ran it up to ÂŁ36.95 as I haven't done KYC yet and have made a Neteller deposit before I am told I can only use Trustly as a payment option, they have also Paysafe but never used that before ever.

Is Trustly in the UK market? Can I send Trustly to Neteller?

Trustly is a UK thing (available to us etc)

It is a bank transfer option AND it is VERY fast. (Sort code / account number when withdrawing)

As soon as they process their end, it shows in your bank account moments later, even on weekends!!

We've used it a few times when Skrill accounts have been empty and used Paysafe as deposit option.

Guts are pretty inflexible with this (apparently due to AML laws :rolleyes:) but it is as fast as an e-wallet more or less :thumbsup:

Thanks Jono some good information there especially regarding Paysafe and withdrawing threw Trustly.

Are there any fees attached to Trustly? They have to make a living right, just can't find any information on that.

I started my run off just ÂŁ1.10 from the free spins and didn't bet more than 10 pence.

Nice one, sometimes low/minimum bets can lead to good things lol :thumbsup:

I think they cover the costs with their standard ÂŁ2.50 withdrawal fee which Guts charge regardless of payment method used.

Some say this is a rip off but I don't mind if the withdrawal has come in the form of a "free raise" or is a decent amount, rather pay that than blow the whole balance back :o

I know Leo Vegas and Redbet also have Trustly, these 2 don't charge the ÂŁ2.50 fee (or at least they didn't charge when I last used it) so not sure how these guys cover the processing costs etc.

It is a good system for speed so If you withdraw from Guts today, you'll have the dosh today* :)

Last time I try and used trustly it sated not for U.K ??

Than again I probs thinking of another rip of method lol I do know that skrill has 3 options for add cash and all diffrent amounts, one is like 1% fee and other is more fee

Sack that rubish I just said as what I say I say and thats it, I just looked looked at trust is an option but most expensive, The amount of time I have loaded funds on skrill and not clicked on the rapid transfer is unral and would of saved me 1.4% of fees so always lok out for that, fuking paysafe 7,5% sack that option, DO NOT DO THE FREE OPTION, again its took two lots of me many of times. I used Trustly once. Two Withdrawals from Rizk on the same day (3 hours apart).

The first withdrawal hit my bank within 20 minutes, the second took FIFTEEN days to process to my bank, I would never ever use them again.

They stated there were processing problems to UK banks, fine. But how long before there is another processing issue to UK banks? I'd use another method. If you do use them hopefully you won't run into any problems :thumbsup:

Did I go off topic? I was looking for some friendly advice from a thread where I found the free spins.

The help I was given will help others who will no doubt have the same problem sooner or later when they make on some Guts free spins.
