Rizk just started their Midsummer Madness 2018 campaign, running until 8th July 2018!

Every day, players can select from three boxes containing Free/Super/Mega Spins, bonus money, deposit bonuses, casino chips e.g. Win-Win chip or cash up to EUR100.

Check your accounts.
None of this stuff on my account. Not even a link for the promotion itself.

Sorry, I didn't want to cause trouble.

I had the three boxes when I logged in (20% Win-Win-Chip) plus this under Rizk Insider. They ran the same promo last year already once.

EDIT: Could it be that they excluded the UK from the promo since all of you who didn't have the boxes are from the UK?

EDIT2: will link the @Captain Rizk to get his input.

Have you taken our Daily Jackpot games for a spin yet?

With a jackpot that’s guaranteed to drop each day, last month saw one lucky player take £6,075.09 from a 20p spin. We’re giving you 10 opportunities to follow in their footsteps each day until 24th June, with 10 free spins on a different game each day.

Just check the promo section to see what slot the spins are on as they are different ones each day

Got ÂŁ5 from the WH scratchcard promo, which I turned into ÂŁ100 withdrawal.
10 free spins on gonzo (already mentioned)
Also had 5 free spins on something else (which I've forgot) on the promotions page.

Then reported them to the ASA for the misleading promotion on the main sports page that they refused to remove :D

Do you mean the 5 free spins daily on WillH's games page between 6-8pm?

Hey Harry, thank for letting everyone know. So the deal is that we have had problems with this promo for the uk. It concerns having to live by the letter of the law and that the promo with a multitude of different prizes means that in itself is very difficult to explain to players and still be compliant. Bottom line is that we are working on it but these days it is not so easy to give away "free shit" prizes even though we want to, . we are in consultation with the compliance teams and are working out a way to offer this to the uk players.

We think that this promo is beneficial to all players but we are battling with some exceptionally difficult and unforeseen regs that will allow us to do so.

Other casinos seem to give away 'free shit' prizes easily enough.
I genuinely don't understand the problem, if the terms are clear then there shouldn't be a problem, if they aren't then what are you saying, you are misleading players in other countries? Is there any reason you can't just have a page where the promo is explained and underneath a list of the T&C's for each type of prize? That would surely be 100% compliant wouldn't it?

I've noticed that the William Hill scratchcard gives similar offers to everyone each day but different amounts. Is that just luck or depends on how much you've spent with them or what?

Don't casinos now have to list all the prizes and, more importantly, the odds of winning each prize?

I got a similar kind of offer the other day, can't remember where from. But all the odds were listed as a percentage chance in the promo T&C.
IIRC the top prize of only 100 free spins was something like 0.001% chance.

Maybe this is proving embarrassing to Rizk :rolleyes:;);)
