I have another problem today - @Novibet Rep - the gift wheel wasn't loading last night, though it seems I may have won £25 from it. Hurrah!

Except the site is putting up a pop-up which I cannot close, because it's asking me to set a deposit limit (which I already have) and choose a favourite team. Are you sure the £25 wasn’t just a loyalty bonus from points accumulated? My account balance increased by £25 a few weeks ago and after digging around I discovered this was the source.

Yeah the gift wheel has only worked a couple of times in the last 2 weeks. I think ive had a free bet, and 6 spins on a game, rest of the days its just broken or 'coming back tomorrow' message.

The gift wheel doesn't always have to spin for you to get the prize credited, which is why I thought it may be that.

Would be nice if the promos/offers were more targeted towards your play/deposit level. -3 FS (at 10p) is pretty much a 'meh' if you play there quite a bit. Fine if you hardly deposit but not really great for regular players.
