just wondering about the RTG complaints centre with a link from this page, are RTG really attempting to clean up their casinos? Will they have any power over the the casinos to resolve disputes or is it just a toothless department being used to try and change RTG's image. Anybody ( casinomeister included) able to tell me what their story is?

RTG has put together a process that will allow them to take action against casinos that violate their licensing agreements. So far it seems to be working. I've already had a couple of players who I referred to this link come back and tellme that their case was resolved/being handled.

So there are actually humans on the other end of this link trying to do something. :D

FYI, I am still waiting to hear something back from RTG about my complaint filed over a week ago and acknowledged by them a week ago. Its not that complicated, so I can't understand why it is taking so long to hear back from them.

And still waiting now 10 days or so since acknowledgement.

You mean you actually believe they will reply to you?

Given RTG's track record, I'd say there's a better chance of their servers going down without notice than of you getting any sort of a response.

As far as I am concerned, what they promise means nothing.

I'm a gambler, I'll take the odds that they may respond.

They actually did respond once to tell me they got my complaint, so I know there's someone alive at the address (it wasn't automated since it took a couple of days).

In the day 11 June 2004 after beyond two weeks the answer of disputes has arrived that says:

"We understand your urgency, but it can take up to several weeks to work
through this whole process. Please be patient while we work to resolve
this issue. Thanks.

The Player Dispute Team"
