No such thing (that i've found yet anyway) but my perfect casino would combine the following:

  • "expert mode" (a-la all "Viper" casinos)
  • Make the friggin' "Reverse Withdrawal" function "optional" (Ladbrokes  ) - or at the very least allow the player to specify a time-out option like 30mins rather than the poxy 24hours at some casinos - no names mentioned ye olde sodes.
  • A good loyalty scheme (Crypto style  )
  • Sensible bonus structure (Nostalgia  )
  • Near-instant payouts (Phoenician :notworthy )
  • Option to direct cashouts to debit card or NETeller each time you cash out
  • No seperate Bonus Accounts!!
  • The ability to go back and play for fun whenever you want (MG - Boooo. Crypto - )
  • Monthly bonuses - but optional! (32Red :D )
  • Not find after depositing loads-a-money that you needed to register for the loyalty points first!!

Think that covers it...what have i missed?

One day, my prince will come. Until then, any casino that has reverse withdrawal enabled can k.m.a :)

Cheers

That's an unusual and entertainbing yet thought-provoking post, Simmo. Mind if we use it (attributed) as the tailpiece in our next weekly round-up bulletin?

Of course not JetSet - I'd be honoured

But if a casino starts up called Phoenostabrokes Red, i want to know first ;)

Not particularly a fan of reverse withdrawal either LOL. I did make a request of Piggs Peak (Jackpots in a Flash and Mummys Gold are the same group) to shorten or cancel the ability to reverse a withdrawal - the best they said they could do was an hour (which was perfectly fine with me).

Haven't had the opportunity to try it at other casinos yet but I don't see why they can't do at least as good as Piggs Peak.

Thats interesting SM - does this mean they *can* set it on a player-by-player basis?

I agree with a lot of what you said except the one about not able to play in fun mode at the MG casinos. This is just not true. You can always play in fun mode at casinos with Viper software even if you have played in real money mode. I do that from time to time.

I'd change the loyalty program to match Big Dollars'

I think that ability varies from system to system. Because I don't know how this "flag" works, I can't really guess much about its mode of operation - for example the flag could be in their software but the action trigger could be in a third-party script. This is a likely scenario considering that not all withdrawals are processed exactly at 48 hours, for example - I have had one go about 4 days before it couldn't be reversed any more.

I would imagine, however, that this type of thing should be able to be flagged individually as a general rule.

Really? Weird. I have 3 "guest" accounts at casinos i also play for real and none of them will let me back in on the gust user/pword and they're definately right. I also remember seeing some advice here about deleting registry settings to force your way back into fun mode....

You've forgot fast and efficient support. E-mail, live chat and phone (I myself prefer an e-mail).

And because Neteller do not accept many countries I would add winnings back to CC or free Wire (like CON).

Some mechanism to refuse bonuses (like coupons) and probably wide choise of different kinds of bonuses.

What about new unique games? It can be nice too.

I agree too (Simmo post). But about guest & real play in MG casino. If you have previously guest account in any MG casino, just use that when logged in. Or if you don't have guest account, you can ask from support that they open guest account for you.
