After reversing a small withdrawal of $250 I get a responsible gambling email blah blah as 2nd time I did in same day. The withdrawal was originally for $300 and rarely I withdraw anything under $500 but anyways did this time. I reversed and played $50.
I stop playing at Playojo and went to 32Red and end up making withdraw of $1300.00. Later decided being I"m way up I reverse at Playojo and try my luck again planning to play $50 so had to withdrawal full amount which now is my 2nd time and that's when i got a email about my playing.

I really think this is a joke as as you can see from screen shot on front page they encourage you to withdrawal in a bright yellow tab and even if you go to the banking page your reminded again of a pending withdrawal. Even after making the reverse withdrawal they send another email to say get ready to rumble so I"m a little confused they want you to be a responsible gambler then they make it so easy to reverse and we all wonder why don"t they lock the withdrawals, why then give us the option.

I don't think its me being irresponsible I think they better look in the mirror and they will see who is.

I must say I really like Playojo they along with 32Red are my main go to casinos and like them very much but find this responsible gambling thing a little to much to swallow when they them self's are not be responsible.

Why offer a reverse withdraw feature and then moan that you've reversed  Reeks of taking the piss a bit. Also, it is annoying when you can only reverse the full amount.

Personally I'm getting sick and fed up of emails from casinos every week or so letting me know about deposit limits. I wouldn't mind, but all my accounts have limits already.

Thanks a lot UKGC

I'd personally be in favour of the UKGC fining casinos for sending these emails to people who already make use of the RG tools. Might stop this spam.

Thought it was just me,getting paranoid about every deposit I make, every withdrawal I reverse ( I do a withdrawal after every session if case the account gets suspended),its gone way too stupid, almost
every deposit I make results in a RG email, even for modest amount
You get the feeling everything you do is watched (probably is) and it takes all the pleasure out of gambling.
One stupid thing is that they never seem to take account of losses/winnings which is all that matters,
I am 10k up at Grosvener/Mecca but still get emails when I deposit £250.
Bring back the Wild West, never had any problems with any casino for 20 years till this shit started.

I think a lot of these are automated. And a lot appear to be getting sent to many users just to show the regulator they’re behaving responsibly. I’ve had them from sites I’ve not played at in months in the last week or so.

The problem is that automated or not, ignoring them can result in the accounts being suspended,
has happenned at 2 casinos with me in the last month, next time will be the last.

I've mention this before but in there review here says reverse time 0 which is wrong, Its reversible for hours sometimes a day or 2.

Been said so many times, just ban pending times and reversals, they are only there for one purpose, never
heard a single player complain that they cant reverse a withdrawal, would solve so many problems
