Announcement The Meister's London Report!

Great report, some of which went right over my head

I do like your plans for the Meister Minions regarding additional data collecting because customer support, their response times and the ID doc process times are an integral part of a casino experience.

Edit.
Did you check that the fish you had at the bar at ICE was alive because it looked like it had ate most of your chips?

Excellent read and great to hear the KGC self-exclusion policy is working well.

Bryan, have you looked into the new total-exclusion option from the UKGC which will be launched in Q1 2018? I met with them in January and I think the new total online exclusion will work well if marketed correctly.

I am currently in discussions with Google (with support from UKGC) on the implementation of a highlighted bar in google search results for UK players. If someone types "stop gambling" or related terms they will see (once the new SE comes in to effect) a link to the Gambling Commission total exclusion page.

As a long time supporter of the CasinoMeister web site, having first visited since 2003 and becoming a regular poster a few years back I'm excited on the site relaunch. But can I suggest more linkage and perhaps help pages on problem gambling?

Well perhaps if they actually reworded their inept terms and made deposit limits self-set and instant mandatory for all casinos facing the UK market, banned the use of BS pending periods and likewise make them all have a fully-automated TAB/SE and lastly made the licensee responsible for cross-referencing player details across all their sites, they might find those with gambling issues reduced in number and the need for this drama greatly reduced.

All it will do is drive the 'rage excluders' to dodgy unlicensed sites from Cup-o-cocoa once they've calmed down a few days later.

Sure thing. It's something I feel strongly about as well. I have our "quit gambling" page - but I am open to expanding this a bit. :D

FWIW, I've just posted my Link Outdated / Removed, adding my 2¢ to Bryan's much more detailed trip report.
