Exclusive Bonus The laziest L&L promotion ever....

I havent played l at l in long time basicly cause "long" withdrawal times, im too used to receive money instanly nowadays . Ofc i have to also mention rtp on playngo but i understand why its lower.

3) I credit a random bonus to your account

Terms:
- Promotion is available to all CM members (full and new)
- You need to be a real money player at one of our brands.
- The promotion starts upon the moment the it is approved by CM admin.

Being a Canadian and playing at race and yakocasino i have had issues getting verified with yako and when I joined race I noticed no documentation upload system which really gives me the eeeks because that means I will have to submit via email like the numerous amounts of other players doing and makes me wonder how long it will take. So a document button would be great,increased rtp on certain providers and I really like the theme and appearance of hypercasino its my favorite of all layouts. So possibly the next L@L casino could resemble that lmao;p. Besides that everything is wonderful love the support by far best live agents from any brand I've played at. Adding weekend cashouts would pretty much set you guys as goat status for eternity lol.

I have the same issue as @ESCJAMIE i get log out without any reason + some time Play&Go games just close down in middle of spin.
Faster withdraws, specially on RaceCasino that is a Pay N Play casino.

Me to improve on my self ....

What really needs improvement is your mobile sites. Especially at HyperCasino the menu alingment is so messed up when using Android phone.
Also, withdrawal times could easily be even a bit faster.

But overall, I would give a solid 8/10 for L&L group!
 
I bust out on a very generous bonus but its such a shame other casinos weren't as good as the L and L brand and Jan especially.Even the odd £5 or £10 would help the regular player and the brand would usually get some of the withdrawals back,if a player was fortunate enough to make one.

I’m late to the party as always, but wanted to share my thoughts with you regardless.

For me, There are no major improvements needed at L&L, which is why they are amongst my favourite places to play, but there are a few small things that I would prefer.

Totally selfish things of course....

1: The wonderful deposit bonuses that are sent via email, have usually expired by the time I find them a couple of days later. Can’t these offers run for a few days more (eg make it the offer of the week)?

2. The tournaments and challenge rewards would be great to join in with, if only the minimum stake wasn’t always £1 bet, more players would join in. £1 spins are way above the stake of us mere mortals.
I appreciate that the prizes are larger amounts but, in all honesty, what percentage actually manage to clear the wagering on these anyhow?

3. The ability to filter games by provider.

Don’t forget, if you need any extra help you know where I am.

Take it as a positive that the main complaints are design issues rather than problems with the casinos per se ;)

I like that the CS folk are friendly as well; I got an unexpected request for proof of address last night - despite being verified on all the casinos. I asked about it in the email (attaching updated proof), and got a friendly explanation - you just wanted updated files. Fair enough, no argument, though it might be a good idea to have a popup on the site to suggest updating ID when this happens?
