Exclusive Bonus The laziest L&L promotion ever....

Hi guys,

It's nearly June and we (L&L) haven't done any exclusive promotion. Given that I'm pretty busy preparing for Holland, I came up with the laziest promotion ever... Ready?

1) You reply to this post with one thing you would improve about us.
2) You send me a PM after.
3) I credit a random bonus to your account

Terms:
- Promotion is available to all CM members (full and new)
- You need to be a real money player at one of our brands.
- The promotion starts upon the moment the it is approved by CM admin.
- The promotion ends on the 31st of May 2020
- Bonuses will be credited when PM is processed
- One bonus will be made available per player / CM member.
- Bonuses will be random based on feedback given, the actual account and the duration of the relationship with you
- Bonus wagering is set at x15
- Swedish players are not allowed to receive bonuses and given government extended covid restrictions I prefer to play safe and exclude Swedes from the promotion.

Obviously faster withdrawals and allowing more than one withdrawal at a time would be the main improvement.
I would also suggest sorting out little things on the site that are annoying, such as the search, if you search from the homepage you get slots in different categories, scrap that and just have all the slots listed without having to click more on each one. It works properly when you search from the side bar when a games open, just repeat that as the main search.
Make 'fullscreen' actual fullscreen without all the overlays behind the games
Bring back the BTG games that have autoplay, streamers who save bonuses surely aren't the main customers, cater for everyone, if they want to save bonuses for later then let them use the non autoplay versions. It's not like we have long left of autoplay anyway

Hi Jan and thanks as always for going the extra mile for us here at CM

One thing I'd maybe look into is slightly more communications, via e-mail or SMS, I know there are new rules surrounding this so maybe as I say only an extra 1 or 2 a week

I won't lie and the most of my small budget does go elsewhere, however a random SMS with a (semi) decent offer or advertising a new game, may make me think twice!

Hmm one thing. Well, theres a couple of things I could maybe think of.

Ive mainly played on Fun (although Ive also played on AB also) so it mainly applies there - but Id like to see slots/games laid out better
in a way you want them. Ie a better way to list what games you want to play, type - different search filters maybe - or just an a-z listing
of slots based on filters etc. (or something to that effect anyway)

Another little thing - Im fairly sure is still there for me (and its only a little thing), is the connection between the game your playing and the balance at the top of the screen. I recall moving the game screen down some - so the balance at top is hidden, as sometimes its updated far quicker than what your seeing. (at least it was still like that the last time i played).

Think thats all i would suggest!.

One thing which could use a overhaul is the websites (maybe all of them), they seem to be following some sort of template and there is simply too many clicks to get to anything.

Login to fun casino and you will be greeted with two options. Deposit or Play now.

Remove that and show the casino straight away.

If your website designs were more sleek like other casino, for example Skyvegas, Videoslots, Rizk (minus their memory hog).

Don't hide account option with menus upon menus, it's slow and clunky.

Deposit and bonus should be a button anywhere on the website which you should go to not hidden away in menus.
Same for bonuses, you have to click several times to get to a bonus and when you try to read the terms of the bonus they cover the acceptance box and stuff like that.

If you had fixed this then It would probably be one of my go to casinos.

Thanks for this amazing promotion such a clever Idea not sure how you came up with such a concept


For me, One of the biggest issues is that when I do play I get logged out all the time randomly no matter what site its on, I can be playing and it suddenly notice ive been logged out yet im still able to play and win/lose its so strange.

I know you guys stoped sending out offers and emails cause of covid and for this i applauded you as its clear you care about the players and ££ and pushing profits isnt the main thing, unlike the others who have used covid to push gambling and emails more so, But I do think its time to start back up with the emails and texts cause I use to always take up on the deposite £10/20 get 30 60 free spins but not seen any for a long time even thou I am on all the casinos in the group, I do get the standard email of a new game ect.

In terms of when you do offer a bonus somtimes I have to randomly check the accounts to see if anything is available to me and notice a lot of the time promos which have expired due to not having any communication from you about it.

Also it be nice to see maybe 25%-50% depo bonus up to say £20 instead of the standed depo £20 get 60 free spins ect.

Faster withdrawals, i really hate to wait or knowing my self i will bust the winnings in no time.

Better promotions Jan, to keep me as a player you should do more interesting promotions.

About the cashback promo,sorry not interested very much maybe iam mistaken but that's just my thoughts.

Please add provider its much easier.

I think the sites could do with a littlebit of a touch up. As others have said to many clicks to get where you need to go. Have a scrolling bar at the top with providers listed, so you could click that and have all that providers games listed. Fullscreen would also be nice if it was .... Fullscreen. I do think that the WHG site's have a very good layout and design, Just played on there latest casino - skol, and it's so clean and easy to find what you are looking for.

Please add input fields to the responsible gaming section ( deposit limits, loss limits etc). Some L&L sites have them, others such as ABC only have those awkward sliders. Which are a nightmare to set accurately using a touchscreen or laptop mouse pad.

Being able to have more than one pending witha time would probably be the biggest.

RaceCasino has quite a few bugs to fix, layout-wise as well (though they do seem to be happening incrementally. Warnings down the bottom, for instance - sometimes you get a raw “development” type error, rather than something specific, e.g. “exceeds deposit limits” may show up as “ERR-DEPOSIT-LIMIT-EXC”.

(I maintain the best templates are the ones used on Yeti and Fun. AllBritish/CC is usable but dated, and Race is trying to do lots of snazzy things and going wrong.)

oh yes. The screen overlays are increasingly awful - I play mainly on mobile (iOS) and getting some games to play fullscreen Portrait doesn’t actually work at all anymore.

Hi Jan,

I play from the UK (as you know from our previous interactions) so withdrawals are fine for me.

The one area that i do find i have issues is conneting to the live tables; they often either crash or once i join the table, cannot place a bet or get kicked out straight away.

I also find that some games are very buggy (e.g. amulet of the dead) just refuses to load for me after having some free spins on this the other day.

Customer services (UK side) is always spot on and helpful so no issues there!

Echo a lot of what's above; withdrawals have increased in speed but still lag behind many of my go to's. Not by much granted but still.

The sites, when i had an account there, are (though not Novibet bad) incredibly buggy i found and not as user friendly as some sites: greater site intuition. I really wasn't impressed by Race - i probably played it when in Beta ish mode but it was a mess tbh.

Playing on mobile was a no no for me - spruce up of that is needed.

CS was always decent though.
