I missed this before (because of reasons some of my fellow members correctly pointed out in this thread), but I'd like to take part now. Also, I feel bad because Kroffe can't take part, so I'll send him some beer if I managed to win something.

One thing I'd improve about L&L?

In a word: Consistency.

I pretty much stopped playing at your sites when my withdrawal took 3 days instead of the expected next day payment. That might sound petty to some, but I value precision. Like a perfect GT, you don't mess with correct amount of Gin to mixer, it just ruins the fun ?

Well I still have never made my first deposit at All British casino yet. So not sure if I am able to participate lol.

But I have suggested to Live Chat a few times as to the reason why I never deposited there is because you do not accept Paypal. If you added Paypal as a deposit and withdraw method then that is my suggestion. Then I might just actually start playing at one of your brands

I now only use Paypal to deposit and withdraw at all the casinos I play at. I no longer use Skrill or Neteller due to the fees and issues I have had with them over the years.

A final suggestion would also be that the First deposit bonuses should apply also to Paypal deposits too. Seeming Paypal is linked to your bank account anyway. So it is basically just very similar to depositing from your debit card!

I always hated it when casinos ban ewallets from deposit bonuses!

Please bring back PayPal as a withdrawal method for uk a start.

Another improvement could be to have different tier of tournaments for low and high rollers a pound a spin to qualify is a little steep for many of us(unless we’ve been fortunate).

Lastly please add a sort by provider button I can’t always remember the slot name. This is definitely needed. Cheers Jan

What really needs improvement is your mobile sites. Especially at HyperCasino the menu alingment is so messed up when using Android phone.
Also, withdrawal times could easily be even a bit faster.

I’m late to the party as always, but wanted to share my thoughts with you regardless.

For me, There are no major improvements needed at L&L, which is why they are amongst my favourite places to play, but there are a few small things that I would prefer.

Totally selfish things of course....

1: The wonderful deposit bonuses that are sent via email, have usually expired by the time I find them a couple of days later. Can’t these offers run for a few days more (eg make it the offer of the week)?

2. The tournaments and challenge rewards would be great to join in with, if only the minimum stake wasn’t always £1 bet, more players would join in. £1 spins are way above the stake of us mere mortals.
I appreciate that the prizes are larger amounts but, in all honesty, what percentage actually manage to clear the wagering on these anyhow?

3. The ability to filter games by provider.
