Well, you ask for one thing. Some of the obvious things that spring to mind for many, I'm sure most have mentioned.
That said,for me, the only thing that springs to mind is the customer agents always throwing me a the standard buck as compensation for something that wasn't added properly. I had it a few times with xmas calender promos and some deposit free spins through the years that didn't add upon deposit.

It's a little disheartening spending time to explain some spins or a promo spins type wheel werent added, and then having them say they'll compensate the value in bonus funds, to shortly be thrown £1 (in my case, I think it was possibly newrly everytime they were valued over £1 iirc, and so often i just accepted the £1 and forgot about it). Though obviously often when it happened to me the spins value was not over £1 anyway, unless they were 20p value or over ten spins. So the standard £1 compensation works quickly and like a charm in many cases.
But then, for free spins with higher total values, or a free spin wheel promo that didnt work when opening the slot, where the value of spins were, for example; when given the free spins wheel on gonzos quest for bankruptcy, spins holding a value of anything between 60p-£4 depending on the outcome of amount give on the wheel. and the standard £1 compensation drops into your balance after the line "i will add the value of the spins as bonus funds instead" was the response from the chat reps.



Nothing against your customer service, always been on the ball as far as im concerned. But doing that after saying they will credit the value of the spins as bonus funds does kinda make you feel a little like the person dealing with your query isn't too bothered about you (which im sure isn't really the case having dealt with them many times), and although the extra 50p, £1 or even a possible £3 that you might occasionally be missing out on in that situation unless you go back and persist for the full value, isn't likely to change your life, you still feel like a pleb if you consider going back and asking again.

It's no biggie, its not really the money but rather the way you're left feeling like a begger when it happens. And tbqhwy, I can't think of anything else that hasn't already been mentioned.


ps. If you even consider for 1 half of a millisecond on adding exactly £1 bonus funds to my account for this epic, revenue improving post,

I play at Fun when i play your brands and i think the website could be a bit user friendlier.
If you could add a click on games provider section that would help as unless you go searching it is not possible to see which games you actually offer.
As someone said earlier the balance at the top is a pain as you can see a win before you actually see the spinning reels.
I also move it down so the balance is hidden from me to keep the tension going lol.

You guys do a top job overall but as always everyone can improve.

Your casino lobby layouts are like from early times of internet. Nothing scales nowhere near correctly. Its like they are the cheapest plannings ever seen. Id definetly update all that. After that everything would be 10 out of 10 in your sites.

I have played a couple of times at ABC, I play exclusively on mobile and find the site very clunky, trying to select the different menu parts can be difficult and it seems to jump on the drop down and I end up clicking the wrong thing!

The mobile site also looks very old school, other sites such as VS, Paddy Power Sky etc are slicker looking and much more user friendly.

I would change that!

PayPal for RaceCasino (not sure whether it's at the other L&L Brands) as I like to manage my gambling budget using PayPal, so know where I'm at.

Also noticed on RaceCasino sometimes the actions/overlays are buggy (activating cashback as an example) the action works but the message overlay can be messed up/read wrong. Think the cashback is amazing (better than the occasional bonus offer) but would love a few more tournaments to compete in (the only reason I still play at LVBet), the Christmas one you did was fun, more like that or weekly ones, prizes don't have to be massive, its the competing that I find fun.

I get a lot of pop ups if I play on my phone on Race. I rarely play on my phone but when I do on race it prompts 9/10 times. If I dont download the shortcut to my homescreen then pop ups keep appearing. also quickspin on pragmatic is enable but no turbo,which is weird in ireland as its available everywhere else.

NoLimitCity slots are not available for Canadians due to the fact that they load with a provider that is blocked for us (maybe SG?).

I have only played on Race casino , agree with others about the website design and operation.

It is like something from 10 years ago , clunky , slow and difficult to navigate , error messages that are like developers messages. Also images not loading.

on the roulette page it I can’t even see any names on any of the games ..

Same on desktop and mobile .

Well you know I can wager some decent ammount... I like when there is some kind of reward to do so. The only prize I get at CC is 10% on lost. It’s weird in a sense because its not bad at all but its not exiting.
You need to get rid of the 94% logic. Png and no limit at 94% is a big nope. Maybe you can still make a profit with it... I stopped playing at CC on day one of png at 94%. It’s just even more clear that nothing will happen ln a half dead game.

As well as the improvements mate, you should also look at what L&L are doing well.

I only play at ABC and the main reason is due to the customer services. SOW etc all verified no problem, your team intervened when my bets increased (was high for my online but well within my "live" manageable bets but the team where quick on to it, and it was resolved very quickly as well).

Not blowing smoke up your arse, but I can forgive the odd game crash etc. if I know that when i have an issue its resolved quickly.

It was the laziest bonus , and bonus which i wagered for a while.. 220€ withdraw
