The Hype Gaming Thread

Still no sign of getting paid......The account department closed again for today (they are in GMT+8 time zone, probably Singapore/Australia area)

I am still trying, but at I know I sent contact right about the same time their weekend started :( I hope to get info today, but will be out of my office until later this evening.

Im having some kind of problems too.
Few weeks ago after reading few post, here, about how nice the grafic were at Hype, I decided to give a try.
I made few deposits totaling about $200, I lost all of em and left.
Last week I said to myself, let my go back and try again.(I really liked the grafics as someone else did)
I made a deposit for $50.00 didnt ask for any bonus./
After 2 or 3 hours of up and downs I won $250.
I decided to cashout.
So I made a withdrawal for $300.00.
2 days later I log in again and ask (live chat) about my pending withdrawal.
The CS asked if I had send in the required documents.I told him-her, Iwantn asked for.Btw I emailed em rightway. This happen to be last friday.
This morning I logged in gain to find a message sayng My withdrawal was denied cause I didnt met the WR.............
They could have emailed me.....they didnt.
I told the CS I didnt play with any bonus, the replay was that they automatically add a bonus on your first second and third deposit.
Well I didnt know it.So I said Okay, and politely asked how much I had to wager yet.
The CS had already closed the chat session.
I sign in one more time and ask same question.
Answer: sistem is down try to check back in one hour, which I did.
The answer this time was: We will send you an email regarding your WR.
When? I asked.
The latest tomorrow morning.
I honestly think this is ridicoulus.
 
Opened an account with them a couple weeks ago but haven't deposited yet. If I get the itch to play there I might just flush the money down the toilet instead. Somebody with some real money would be wise to buy them out if they're having money problems because their software appears to be loved by many people.

Well I love their games and miss them already since I have'nt been able to deposit. I usually play at Inchilli,which I THINK is related.I hope you are wrong about money problems because I requested a check on Saturday because neteller was done. I hope I get the money:confused:. I am planning a 2-day B&M trip on Feb. 9th. I was counting on my inchilli withdrawl to fund it.
 
If you never deposited, submit your documents and get confirmation FIRST. And definitely don't give them any money until the accounts department gets back from lunch.

If you are waiting for a cashout, it ain't gonna happen unless you pm the rep or kwblue (they know where the accounts dept eats).

Lmao.. oh it's funny, but it's also sooooo sad. If they would just get their acts together I would play there a lot.

About time! But I am still not that pleased, why did even CS tell me wagering will be carried over. So can you trust CS in the future when they say you still
have a wagering requirement? I intend not find out...

Yup, that's exactly what I said in my email to the Hype rep. If wagering req. don't carry over then why the hell is your support staff telling people that it does and that people still have more wagering to do. Not surprised that I've gotten no response, wasn't expecting one - just seems odd to me to PM members asking them to email any concerns and when at least 2 of them do, no response. As much as I love the games, I'll live not playing them.
 
They tried to pay me to my Neteller account today. Twice actually. Of course both transactions were denied since I live in the US. Hello Hype have you heard the news about Neteller and US customers?

They suddenly sent me an e-mail saying that they decided (???) to send me by wire transfer and asked me my bank details.

Any suggestion what can I do now?

I still haven't got my withdrawal. They are still saying that their account is out of office.

1. stay away until players get their withdrawal.

2. kwblue, I suggest you to delete your ad. banner of them in your signature. I sign up throu' your link but there's still no sign of getting my winnings.
 
The first withdrawal always takes longer than the rest even when Neteller was up and going. Have patience. Up to now they have been very good at delivering even if the first time is very slow. If you read this thread throughout, you would know this.

Actually the problem with them is not only the delay of payment. It's their excuse of delaying the payment. I doubt they don't have fund to even pay my $1500 withdrawal.

1. They first promised will deliver the withdrawal last Thur/Friday. They failed, of course.

2. They then said that they wanted to use "click to pay". I replied that i haven't used click2pay for a long time. Their excuse is that Neteller no longer accept US transaction. I said that I am not from US and then they didn't say anything on this.

3. They then said ok and said that they were transferring money to Neteller (which means they didn't have enough fund in their Neteller account!!!!!! this is the main reason for delaying payment.)

4. Then they said they decided to use wire transfer. I sent them all the info and when I asked the next day the status and they said that they didn't received my bank details but I swear that I did received their acknowledgement that they recieved it. Anyway, I sent it again. They said that they would procceed it immediately and i would get the payment the latest the next day.

5. The next day I asked again for the status and they said that they realized that I "had requested a wire transfer which takes longer time."!!!!!!!!!

6. In the course of communication with their live chat, their accounts is always "processing my withdrawal", "out of office", "cannot be reach".


You make the judgement.
 
Don't forget that they still have Neteller as a banking option to their USA players.

They're too DAMN LAZY to change it within their software, as well as on their website.

Just got finished with Live chat...they say "They haven't had time to change the website"....:lolup:

This has been going on for days...I guess they're busy......but not busy processing player's withdraws :)

Almost 3 weeks since my withdrawal was finally approved and I have still not recieved the money. And it is about 5 weeks ago since I originally requested the withdrawal.

Totally, completely, absolutely unacceptable!

I am thinking our earlier fears that this casino is financially unsound are true. If they are merely inefficient, that it even more ridiculous!

The software is lovely, but not so lovely that they should be allowed to delay payouts for over a month!

Hope you get paid soon.

I still haven't got my second payment. The last message from them is my swift code given to them was wrong, which I am sure is the correct one. I asked my bank and went to www.swift.com to double check it.

They are just trying to use every excuse to delay payment.
 
Today the withdrawal I made 6 weeks ago hit my Neteller account. During my 4 years of online gambling this is the longest I have waited. I believed the previous record was only 3 weeks.

Still I will not play at Hype again until they show they are able to handle
the withdrawals in a more professional manner.

They continued to say my swift code was incorrect throughout this week.

And finally they paid me this morning too.

I believe somehow they have got (NEW) fund in their Neteller account now.
