The Hype Gaming Thread

I know that some of you are waiting on payments from Hype. Just wondering if you have been paid, what was your wait time before it was in your Neteller account?

I chatted with a rep, and they told me that I wouldn't get an email letting me know when it is paid and just to keep checking my Neteller acct. They also didn't request any docs.

It sure seems easy to win here, almost too easy! Thanks

My first cashout took 3 day after supplying them with an ID. The ones after that were typically less than 3 day (around 2). Still a bit long - but they paid and I cashed out a shitload after winning some large bonus rounds.

Anyone else?

You beat me to the *BUMP* on this Trezz:thumbsup:

I had it diarised for this week as I believe that operators should not be coy about the software they are using - and neither should the software company involved, especially when it's a newcomer.....

Let's hear a little more about egamingsol/Player Preferred or whatever you're called, and some info on your payout percentage and software fairness verification would be appreciated, too.

Inchilli and Hype are both hosted in Canada but Hype WHOIS is privacy protected so beyond that its hard to tell. They are on different servers for sure and I can't see any obvious links beyond the country of hosting, though interestingly there is a "Lost Palace Casino" on the Hype server which is a skin by all acounts. Inchilli and Inchillprofits are owned by integrity.vu Ltd.

Guess who made the click through?

integrity.vu Ltd = ispye.com the previous Captain Cooks people

The jigsaw puzzle starts to come together!

Tom Dick, who owned Integrity group before it was bought from them by ITS were Australians, Vanuatu is used by several Aussie outfits as a *licensing* jurisdiction. And intergity.vu (vanuatu) Limited is iSpye?

ISpye was the marketing company run by Tom's wife Maryann.

David Ohlson whose name keeps coming up in relation to Hype Gaming and an outfit called egamingsol was with Lasseters (an Aussie company)

And lookee here -
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
"Inchilli Entertainment Corporation"- see the "Player Preferred" software logo? That's alleged to be the same Aussie company that supplied Hype Gaming (which they are apparently so shy about)

It's starting look as if the Dicks are back in the business....

Did you get paid?

Just wondering if all the above posters with payment issues got settled satisfactorily in the end?

Also, does anyone know how the 'Triple Jackpots' are won on the progressive slots?
Are they just random like Crypto's Marvel Slots?

Jetset,

I may be barking up the wrong tree here but please bear with me...I feel I also have a hunch.

My memory is a bit cloudy on exact dates, but back 2001 - 2002 I had some business dealings with a proprietary (casino) software development company here in Melbourne (OZ). The CEO was know as Rob (can't recall the Surname).

Anyway, there were 5 investors who had banded together and dropped 5Mil US into the development of this casino software, which at the time of my associations was in progress of its final audit before being released.

I think it was lotus casino or casino lotus...(I've checked waybackmachine but none of these seem right).

This casino was due to operate out of Vanuatu. However, the final auditing process was taking longer than expected and the 5 investors apparently got itchy fingers and dump 10Mil into a US Telco share deal, a short term 2 week deal that was supposed to come up trumps.

Murphies law kicked in and they all did their balls.

At the time my company got approached to locate a buyer, (for the non operational casino) however, PBL (Packer Broadcasting Limited - the Late Mr Packer senior) ended up purchasing the casino. Which was then added as an offshoot to their B&M casino; Crown Casino (I may add it was very hush hush @ the time probably due to the online gambling moratorium that had been recently passed).

Now getting back to where I feel Hype gaming fits into this.

Their Video Poker for instance holds more than few commonalities & functionalities to the above proprietary casino software. I'm thinking that I’ll spend a few hours digging around to see what I can uncover, if anything ties back I'll let you know.

Edit:

The software company was something like GameOZ or OZGame...I'll see what I can find.

That domain Gameon that rings a bell! I'm 99% sure that they (casino software development company) also had some online gaming (EG -counterstrike / Half Life, games servers or operations/ownership thru another umbrella company).

Thanks for that information, Trezz - I remember PBL and their online Crown operation out of Vanuatu, but only vaguely because they closed down in the end (I seem to recall they were called Crown Games and ran on proprietary software)

If you do a quick whois on the Gameon.cs.com domain you'll find some interesting personal and company names that you will recognise, I'm sure.

It is becoming increasingly obvious (and the jigsaw is being worked on by a few people with a lot of contacts) that there are very, very close connections between Inchilli-eGaming Solutions-Hype Gaming- Player Preferred- Gameon- ISpye and an interesting Singapore based company called Firebrandinteractive.

It is also becoming clear that several names are aliases who are careless in their use of email addresses, which connect to other names that keep cropping up among all these entities.

 Yep crown games. Thanks also for that info jestet!

That was set-up by another software company here in OZ though.
PBL paid $1milUS for that lotus casino (or whatever its name was). Funny it never saw the light of commercial play, instead PBL opting to have crown games use new software. Probably a fast track way to hit the market; buy an established license and so forth.

Crown games imo was going to nose dive from the start. Primarily their only markets were Asia, the UK & Europe. USA, Australia, New Zealand and other places were excluded. However, their software especially their multi line slots were imo one of the most advanced the industry at the time. Would definitely put most of MG bonus slots to shame.

They were only open for 6 - 8 months then pulled the pin. Again I believe they considered the online casino industry a risk to their high profile corporate portfolio & were happy to return to the acquisition of B&M casinos, making a successful gain of Burswood (Perth Australia) casino later on.

When I met David in Vegas he said he was the software developer, I also met the owner or so he said, his name is Steve Sorensen, the business card has the company called nixcourt (hosbitality & gaming pty ltd)
PO Box 1597, Caloundra Qld 4551
[email protected]

Then on the other side of the card is 3 other business they are suppose to have, Seabreeze resort and hotel, Golden Beach Tavern, and Hype Slots Vanuatu address for this business is given as..
Lini Highway. CBD. Port Villa

Seems to be some funny business going on here, hope this info rings a bell with someone and the puzzle continues to get put together, why they feel the need to hide, who knows but it is better to just come clean.

Ok, I just got my 2nd withdrawal credited to my Neteller from Hype Gaming.
Sad to say, they had an awful glitch in the software and I ended up with 3 $100 deposits made simultanously. Asked if they could reject this since it was on their end and they said I had to wait till Monday...took 8 days already to get my funds the second time..why should I wait another 8 days just because THEIR software had a glitch and took funds that they were not supposed to..:(

Mad at myself now for as one knows, if the money is there...alas..it's all gone...just because of a glitch and my impatience !!! (Still love the games, wish it could be played in fun mode!)

I had the exact same problem.
Tried to deposit, but message said 'Failed - try again'
So I did, and the same again.
Good job I didn't keep trying because later I found BOTH deposits HAD gone from my Neteller account!
Contacted them & they said it would take 24hrs to return my duplicate deposit.

And the games CAN be played in fun mode!
(If the Hype software wont let you, just download their sister casino inChilli  and play for fun - they have the same games. )

Yes, I got paid 3 days after submitting docs. Also, when the money was in my Neteller, I got an email from Neteller saying my account had been credited. Also, whenever I emailed them, I got a response within 3 hours.

I have noticed a few glitches in a couple of games. More than a few times when playing poker the last card wouldn't flip. Also, on one of the slots (the pirate one), in the bonus round, the cannon wouldn't shoot the ships as it's supposed to. That happened 3 or 4 times.

I had really mixed experiences. I made three deposits on the first and third i got an error in the software that said my deposit couldnt be processed. TO be safe i checked neteller and low and behold the amount had been deducted. Contacted support and within 5 mins, both times, the issue was resolved.

There bj has some major issues it sometimes will display an incorrect balance. It seemed to be higher after i won a hand and then it would be fixed before then next hand started. I believe no actuaally balance mistakes were made but its really disconcerting when the software shows you have 8000 then suddently 1500 of that dissapears because you never actually had it.

It is also possible that i recieved the wrong payout once, in my favor. I had a hand that i split twice and i believe i was payed out 1.333 units on each spot. This may be my error howerver as i wasnt paying all taht much attention and only caught it as the hand was being cleaned up.

So I finished areally succesful session, went from 800 to just over 10k. Decided to take a screenshot before i cashed out. Took it and then closed the software because my withdrawal balance wasnt updating, it was stuck from when i logged on earlier. When I reopened the software my balance was short about 1700 dollars. Talked to online support who told me to restart the software. Lo and behold it was fixed when i came back on. Now im just waiting for the cashout.

I have never experienced this many bugs in any software ever. Support does seem really on top of it and able to fix almost all problems, but they shouldnt need to be fixing so many. I wouldnt reccomend Hype to anyone at this point though i could imagaine that in 6 months or a year they might get all the bugs ironed out and be a quality casino.

BTW, still waiting on the cashout, but its only been 2 business days (4 real days) since i sent docs in. Well see how that goes.

Great post - very informative.

I had sent my docs in when I had a $4k withdrawal pending. In the meantime I started playing $25 spins at the slots. On one of those mini/midi/maxi jackpot games, I won the "mini" jackpot - for $21 - from a $25 spin. Fabulous. So anyway, I was playing $25 spins and got all the way down to $1100 or $1500 or $1700 or something, and then went to blackjack. I worked my balance back up to $4000. I also noticed the bug with the balance - after you win a hand it's like it adds the amount bet back into your balance twice, but when you start the next hand it is corrected.

So anyway I had the $4000 and left it there waiting. I came back a few hours later and blew it all on some $500/hand blackjack. Also, the way they call going over 21 "Too many" instead of "Bust" doesn't help their professional image. Although if it happens to the dealer, I certainly don't mind! :D

They certainly seem to be having some problems, which is a great shame as it is potentially very good software. It does give the impression though that they 'rushed it out' without enough proper testing.

Has anyone else also noticed the software seems to be very 'memory hungry'?
After running the casino (and exiting) I find some other programs run very slow, or not at all! :(

my experience
i like the slots what they have in the casino

Hype Credibility

The guys who run Hype Gaming are credible - newbies to the industry but credible. Don't draw too many negative conclusions about them just because of their Vanuatu connections. It is kind of a coincidence that inChilli has Vanuatu connections as well. Different owners, different operations entirely, but same software.

Steve Sorenson is the manager, and I wouldnt have named him except he is named previously in this thread, is not the owner. The Golden Beach Resort owner Nixcourt is. This is a legitmate business. The Vanuatu connections come about because NixCourt also bought the old Ma Barkers Restaurant and Mamu Bar in the middle of Port Vila - its as simple as that. Nixcourt are property developers so it makes quite a lot of sense for them to be developing properties in Vanuatu as well as Queensland. inChilli's connections to Vanuatu go back to 1999 and one of them does live there.

Hype will make mistakes - because they're newbies - but they'll not intentionally rip anyone off. I'm not connected with Hype nor inChilli in any way. I am totally independent of their operations, am not an affiliate of theirs nor do I consult to them. I've been in the online gambling industry since 1998 and know most of the Aussie operators regardless of platform.

I'll not make any other comment about inChilli.

Oh - and the whole Crown Games thing is a red-herring as well. I knew their operations as well as their team did and know exactly why it was shut down. Again don't assume any connection nor any linkage.

If processing of payments and promos is taking longer than anticipated and they are getting things wrong a percentage of the time - remember this is reasonably new software (well kind of - its a very similar platform to Lasseters with enhanced games) and the casino admin side of things is nowhere near as sophisticated as PlayTech, RTG or MGS - or any of the other major casino platforms for that matter. So Hype and inChilli are probably processing everything manually - and they'll be slow and will make some mistakes.

Which also means they may get affiliate and advertiser stats wrong and first payments to affiliates may be late and incorrect as well. Don't assume conspiracy if this turns out to be the case (and I'm not saying it will be) - just give them a chance to get things sorted.

That is very interesting and useful information, for which many thanks macpomme. It is to be hoped that Hype gets into the groove as fast as possible.

I have to say that it does not seem to gel with emails where one John Cislowski describes himself as the casino manager at Hype Gaming, or various Australian official registers that indicate that Sorensen is the licensee of Golden Tavern and a significant member of management in Nixcourt (formerly "Oatstone").

One more question - is Hype using ISpye for its marketing?

However, I'm personally more interested in the Player Preferred software and its origins, and recent information that suggests that the formerly RTG-powered Giant Vegas/Kiss Casinos owners may be changing to this software - any knowledge on that? Last I heard Brian Goodman and his company were embroiled in litigation with RTG, although that was some months ago.

Been a week since hype accepted my documents so i logged onto online chat and checked up on things:

<Operator> Hi, your withdrawal is still in process and due to the large amount of cash involve, the accounts have to verify and process with care.

<User> what does verify and process with care mean
<Operator> The accounts have to handle your withdrawals professionally for the transaction.
<Operator> Once they have sorted out everything,
<Operator> you can then get your money.

<User> do you have any sort of timeframe for when i should see the cashout by
<Operator> Yes, we understand and we will send an withdrawal enquiry to the accounts and tell them you are asking.
<User> so if i log on again tomorow will someone be able to give a timeframe
<User> ?
<Operator> Hi, would you like us to send you an email once your withdraw is done?

Very dodgy. I would hope the accounts? process all withdrawals professionally and i see no reason mine should be an exception, it was large but not rediculously so at 9500.

Hoping to see some green next week,

Hey SneakAttack,

Let me know if you would like any help with this. I have pm'd you and will certainly try to get your cashout expedited if you wish. I have helped others out as well.

Well I am here to testify. I will not play this casino again. The wins are all going to someone else and not to me!

I really like their graphics and enjoy playing the games, but I won't even begin to tell you how much I lost there in two days. Fortunately, I have some withdrawals coming from other places. It should balance out I hope!

For some reason I get into this mode where I continue to deposit even if things aren't going well. I'm not even chasing my losses. I just figure it can't get any worse and it does!

So people on another thread were asking about stopping smoking. How do I learn to when it is time to walk away?

I went back to Hyper Gaming because I like their graphics so much. Seriously their games are fun to watch when you hit the bonus rounds. Specially the wizard on the White Wizard game.

If I had to guess I am probably even now. I have won two mini jackpots. Waiting for the big one. The minis freak me out as it is can you imagine a big box looming out of your screen saying you won $100k! That would probably knock me right off my chair. (When you win one of their jackpots a box comes out of nowhere and grows bigger as it appears until it covers the majority of your screen.)

I played a little roulette and wowed myself. Bet on the third 12 and won. Then a number popped into my head and I made the bet. #19 and dang if it didn't hit. Won a whopping $8.75 on a 25 cent bet.

So I guess I like this casino now since it isn't taking all my money without letting me play. I have cashed out several times and they are very fast. My first withdrawal took 24 hours. I was pleasantly surprised. They don't have the variety of games of the larger casinos, but the low bets have a good return.

Felt I needed to update since my last post since I came down rather hard on this place. Not so bad after all. :p

Congrats on the cash outs Addisyn!

I'm one of the few who still hasn't seen a bonus round on many of the games and never come near any hits large enough to contemplate cashing out. But I do think their vid slots are absolutely beautiful.

Today I won the Maxi bonus. Good thing too I had over extended myself a wee bit. Brought me to even and I cashed out. Figured better to get out while the getting was good. Sometimes it hits. Today it wasn't. Although I hit three bonus rounds made next to nothing on each. Altogether very frustrating.

To be fair Thunderstruck takes all my money a great deal of the time. When I do get a bonus round it can go the whole 15 spins and not hit at all! Which is what happened yesterday. ::grrrrrrrrrrrrr::

How much was the Maxi bonus for? Sucks that the hits weren't there today. Would be nice if they just kept hitting :) Good job getting out while before you busted your bankroll, though. I don't always practice that :(

Yeah - how much did you win?
I was playing last night & I think the maxi was just over $1,000... ?
The mini was pathetic - about $30 I think.

I still haven't hit the 'Hunter' bonus on TH - and lost nearly $300 trying!

Had the free-spins on Mermaid Magic once - gets quite exciting as the multiplier goes up the longer you spin!
But it's very hard to hit it - wasted over $100 on that one last night too. :(

But then went to the White Wizard & hit $60 first spin.
I then had the free-spins re-trigger twice! (45 free-spins!)
Then it hit again 6 spins later! :D

Tried Super Nova for the first time too - got the free-spins, but it was a pathetic payout (about 5x my bet?) - so I wont be rushing back to that one!

But at the moment my bank is over $600 off a $200 deposit - so it's not all bad! ;)

I'm surprised you haven't hit anything on Treasure Hunter! Good work on the increase in bankroll, though!

Mermaid's Magic - The multiplier only goes up when a clam is on the screen with a pearl inside :) I didn't know that until a couple of times I had hit the free spins. However, I have gotten that multiplier up pretty high because those clams show up pretty often. Have hit some over $500 wins off of the free spins on that one ($2.50 bet - as I recall)

White Wizard - People are really starting to like that one, including me :) I have hit some decent wins there also, but nothing as big as TH or MM.

Super Nova - I might as well be throwing my money into space :( This one I can NEVER hit a bonus / free spin round on. Maybe I am lucky that I decided to stop trying, sounds like it may not pay that well anyway!

The other one's that I like:

Pirate Princess - I have hit some good bonus rounds on this one also. I am not a huge fan of the bonus game(s), but I win a bit and that is good for me :)

Shaman's Dream - I like this one every once in a while. Sometimes it takes a bit too long to get the bonus/free spins, but typically the wolves help me out by bringing in several big reel wins. If it is not hitting at all, then I move on.

That's it for me :) Now I feel like playing again. Damn it.

Pirate Princess - I have hit some good bonus rounds on this one also. I am not a huge fan of the bonus game(s), but I win a bit and that is good for me :)
What I hate about that one is you need the scatters on the first 3-reels for two of the bonus rounds - which makes them very hard to hit.
Actually hit the 'cannon' feature for the first time last night - and only won $11.50 off a $2.25 spin!

Here's the best win in the free spins mentioned in my last post - shame no spell-book on reel 4 :(
.

I hit something around $500 on the Maxi.

White Wizard - This one is my favorite of all the Hype Gaming slots. It hits on a steady basis. Sometimes the free spins payout can be puny but enough to keep you going. It has its good days where you can rack up a very nice win. You have to love the sneezing dragon!

Fireworks Frenzy - I like this one too but not as much as the White Wizard. Maybe it is the graphics because I have hit the free spins on this a lot.

Temple of Isis - This one hits a lot with the Substitute and Scatter.

Mermaid Magic - Have had only one seahorse horse race but I let my daughter pick the seahorse and it won. She is my lucky charm. In case you think I am corrupting a minor she is 22. Took a long time before I hit anything on this one. Only one free spin round so far.

Treasure Hunter - I have hit the bonus round on all three; free spins, tiger, and map. It can be tight though. I start with a 25 cent bet to warm it up. :D

Bingo - I enjoy this.

Super Nova - Totally agree with you on this one. I have hit the free spin round once on this one.

I bounce around between the other slots for variety. Like the 2 cent blackjack multihand.

Overall this is fast becoming my favorite casino. It doesn't have the variety of games like MG or RTG, but is is unique. Maybe that is it.

Their payout is less than 24 hours now. Also their rewards system will be retroactive and comig soon according to their online representative.

One thing I wish is you could view your banking info. You are able to ask the chat within the casino but not the same. I want to see it.

Good luck eveyone!

Have they changed something?

I just logged in to Hype, and I've got to re-download ALL the games from scratch... :what:

Does anyone know - have they changed something?
I don't record paytables & stuff like that.

I was hoping they might have fixed what looks like an error in the Treasure Hunter paytable:-
On the first screen it says 'Win up to 25 free games'...
But on the second screen it only says you can win 12!
It's still the same after the new download.
It says can not be re-triggered, so how can you win 25 spins?
.

I won more than the 12 free spins once (I am almost 100% positive)... Couldn't find the screenie, though. I had 7 or more professors on the reels and all the lines added up. I think I ended up with 15 free spins and was pretty excited about it - ended up with an $800 win that time off of $2.50.

So - I think if you have enough of the professors on enough paylines, you can get up to 25.

I got an e-mail from Hypegaming today. I thought it to be a little weird as it was a reply to my previous e-mail to them. The funny thing was that my original mail was written on 10/13/06, over a month and a half ago! :eek2:

"We have received your inquiry and are assigning it to a representative. You can expect to receive a response from us within one business day."

And yes I had also problems getting paid, but finally the issue was resolved. They are not very competent, atleast not yet.

I received an email just a bit ago from them as well. As you said they aren't altogether just yet. One thing I can say about Hype is they pay so fast! Even my initial cashout was done within 24 hours. Now they are taking less than 12 hours.

At first I wasn't so keen on them since I initially lost. Guess that would sour anyone. I dropped a few hundred then said not going back. Gave them another try a week or so later and I'm now hooked. It isn't a winning session everytime but when it is its always a good one.

And their graphics are so great. The different bonus rounds available in their games is amusing. I like having two or three types of bonus possibilties in each slot.

Their support is great online. I think you are right about their email support they are experiencing growing pains I am sure. Hopefully they will get it together.

I just got an email too :) For a problem they resolved some time ago. Kinda funny.

Yeah - I was told by one of the higher ups that they are trying to get their payments on cashouts as quick as possible. I trust that they will.
