This is a place to talk about any books that you might want to share with other CM members. We all have different tastes in what we read so why not tell us about your favorite book(s) and why others might enjoy it!!!

You can find the club under the Meister Clubs Tab next to Meister Blogs !

Do you like Romance , Drama , Fiction or maybe an old Zane Grey Western , everyone has their own thing when it comes to reading !

Have you ever read a book and then watched it as a movie , the book is always much better imo , like the book "The Help" loved the movie but enjoyed the book better !

This is an open club for all that enjoy reading a good book whilst enjoying a cuppa coffee or tea , maybe even a beer or two , I don't supply the beverages but may throw in some popcorn for the lurkers :D

Bryan said it was fine to post in the attic about the club so hope to see you there:)

Happy Reading

I'm re-reading the discworld series - I'm aware it's pure brain candy, but it's easy reading before bed, but mostly, I'm trying to get to the new Science of Discorld IV, so I'm taking the long route lol

Cool. I've joined the group.

I'd like to tackle the Game of Thrones books. I've loved George RR Martin for a long time. Even met him and had him to a party back in 1984. My ex and I used to attend SF conferences, and that was at World Fantasy Convention in Toronto.

A very close friend in high school, Tanya Huff, has went on to a career as a SF & F author. The TV series Blood Ties is based on her characters, and she has writing and consultant credits on some of the episodes. Lighthearted vampire/detective stuff.

I used to have a coffee table book but then I fixed the leg so it doesn't wobble anymore.

I'm not sure where the book went.

An open ended question and while I love his work, can someone name a novel where Stephen King actually ends a story?

Currently watching some of his work adapted for TV and they are “Haven” and “Under the Dome” with sections that seem like a simple cut and paste job of his novels.

Hope they end, not in a bad way but reach conclusions.
