No, I haven't hit a random jackpot, in fact I haven't even cashed out in longer than I can even remember. This post definitely isn't about winning, its about the extreme lengths Tom imparticular went through to try and keep a long time player.

I wrote Tom explaining how poor my luck had been and he went above and beyond any service I've ever received from an online casino(both in acknowledgements of losing streak and comp). I know people say 3dice has great customer service, but in my opinion, after playing at both places for years, toms service goes far beyond anything 3dice ever could or would do.

So, while I still haven't cashed out, Tom made me feel appreciated as a player. A public thank you to Tom and the club world group. Maybe someday, I'll actually hit that random!

I also would like to thank Club World Casino Group for their customer service and operation. I have been playing at All Star Slots and High Noon Casino for the last 5 months. As this has been my first experience at online gambling, I have found Club World to be helpful and honest. The one occasion that i contacted Tom he responded quickly and my withdraw was processed that day. Club World has been very good to me. In five months of playing, I have won close to $5,000 on $1,500 worth of deposits. I only play table and specialty games. Heck, I find it more pleasurable to play online then to go to a land based casino. You don't have to put up with the loud mouth drunks and cigarette smoke everywhere. Thank you Club World.

It's nice to hear that you have received good customer service from "Tom". I have sent a total of three PMs to him. The first one he answered about a week later. The next two he did not reply to. I won't be trying that again. Having said that, the service is like a tortoise at CWC - slow but sure.
 
I am quite surprised that this thread exists. Over the past year or so CW has been in sleeping mode with regard to communicating with its players and hopefully this is a fresh start though possibly prompted by an exodus of players defecting to other RTGs like Slotocash. bI believe CW should continue to build on this and win back the hearts of many digruntled customers especially those from the US.
 
Well, IMO doesn't matter where you get your appetite as long as you eat at home.

Hahaha, my point entirely. I may seem a bit of a philanderer, but when i`m in a relationship i`m a one woman man, and besides, we all know there`s no better eating than when you`ve been with your partner for a few years ;).

I do however, have this thing with cats :eek2: :oops:.
 
I have had experiences where replies to pm's to CW take a week and theres I'd nothing more frustrating. My most recent experiences have been about 2 days for a response for the last two messages, hopefully that is a continuing trend for them. I see that as of a bit ago, the last time Tom was on was the 5th or so.

With this site being such as huge generator of traffic, it would be nice if reps checked at LEAST every other day. Seeing I come here multiple times a day for no pay, those that are profitting from this sit, i.e. reps, should be able to do the same.

My experience with slotocash was about a day turnaround for a response and she seems to be on here daily. I know if I owned a casino that was talked about, I would be too.

The thing is, if this thread hadn't been commented on by someone else, Tom may not have even gotten the thank you, heck, he still may not.

I personally feel that the casinos represented as accredited on this site, should have the obligation to be frequent visiters, even if it is solely to check and respond to pm's.

At the end if the day, its not a criteria that they do so, and unfortunately for the paying players, we suffer.
